Which timescheme building up hanging time?
The 101 hanging thread tells you should hang 45 minute’s a day for the first two months. I want to hang for more than 45 minute’s after two weeks of hanging, although still with low weight.
Hanging Fatigue tells that you can condition your dick too fast if you progress to soon in the amount of weight you hang.
Would you also condition your dick too soon if you progress to fast with the amount of hanging time? (Even when you don’t have any discomfort, pain, or injury, but only fatique?)
