Why am I only gaining FSL, not BPEL?

I started hanging with a BIB starter in Mai. At that time, my EBPL and BPFSL both were 7.28”. Since then, I have gained almost half an inch BPFSL, being at 7.72”. The annoying thing is, I have only gained 1/10th of an inch BPEL, most of this in the beginning. My routine is:

- Heating for 5 - 10 minutes
- Hanging 3 sets, 20 minutes each, starting at 11 lbs and decreasing the weight if necessary
- Traction wrapping for 5 - 8 hours afterwards
- Some manual pulls throughout the day

I feel that the traction wrapping, which I only started about one month ago, is helping with my gains, which have been 0.1” BPFSL the last month. My dick is now more “stretchable” than before I started hanging, but BPEL isn’t catching up. Being a very busy guy I can’t spend more time hanging, hoping to be able to make up for this with the traction wrapping.

What am I doing wrong? Any suggestions?

Cannot see that you are doing anything wrong. Looks a good routine but if it is not producing results why not give it a break for a few weeks and try something different. Perhaps concentrate on manual exercises for a while.

On the other hand if you already see a gain of 0.5” bpfsl perhaps the erect gains are about to show - maybe stick with what you are doing for a little longer.

I’m not a hanger so maybe someone who is can add to this.

If hanging then the tissues would be flaccid, whereas when engorged it would be more three dimensional. This is pure guess but maybe you’ve done the hard work and lengthened some tunica, but the inside softer tissues haven’t been stressed much since they’ve only been in two dimensions so to speak (shortest distance between two points). It might be worth adding some jelqing to round out your routine.

Looking at it another way, if the majority of growth is from Ligament lengthening, can you tell if you have longer BPEL at some angles than you previously had? I realise this wouldn’t make for a consistant measuring method, but stretching one way then measuring another might be throwing off your numbers(?).

What is your LOT and what angles do you hang?

My LOT is between 8:00 and 9:00, while my erection angle is at about 10:30. I hang straight down most of the time, sometimes BTC. I measure both BPEL and BPFSL straight out at 9:00, close to my erection angle.
Before I started hanging, I took a two month break after PEing for about one year. That didn’t help much. I started hanging because my gains from manual stretches were drying out.

I have done some girth work, mostly ULIs and jelqing until about one month ago. Now I am too busy and too tired in the evening to do it (I hang in the morning so I can traction wrap throughout the day).

I thought about hanging until I get no more BPFSL gains, then switching to a girth routine. Maybe this would help to “conquer” some of the FSL for EL.

Habe 1cm BPSL bekommen aber nur 4mm BPEL, und auch nur dann, wenns steinhart steht ..
Ich hab sogar von einem hier gelesen, der hat BPSL 1 inch mehr als BPEL

Kopf hoch, und wenn du eines tage + 5 inch BPSL hast, dann kann ich mir nicht vorstellen, dass du absolut nichts bei BPEL dazubekommen hast ..

Sometimes you FSBPL will gain, and then your BPEL will catch up.

As I am gaining more, I too find that the discrepency between FSL and EL grows larger.

It’s almost as though; the more you gain, the more FSL you need to gain before EL gains show.

Can anyone back-up the theory of:

“the more you gain, the more FSL you need to gain before EL gains show”

maybe their is a ratio that could be worked out for this??

I’ve found that my FSL gets ahead first, then the EL catches up too. Often well after I’ve quit PE due to lack of progress (I tend to go at it in fits and starts, a month here, a month there…).
