why BTC better?

why is BTC hanging better.. or is it…. Newbie.. sorry…..

According to Bigger (Alias Bib), the BTC position put the most pull on the ligs possible at any given weight due to the angle of the stretch. If you try BTC along with other positions, you will see why.

I was hanging weight standing up - weight straight down & found it easy. Then moved to a BTC position & it felt like the weight doubled. There is more intense stretching of the tissues on top & upper base doing it this way.

i feel a great stretch also when hanging straight down and kinda favoring one side or another….. (not as good as BTC) so are these also to be worked on?

I’m doing it right now (BTC)and it seems to put a tremendous force on all of the ligaments inside the body in addition to the penis shaft .

Also good to spend some time straight down, and forward and up over each shoulder, but most time BTC’ing for reasons already given.

These other positions feel very different as you are stretching the penis shaft but not much of the ligs.

(I don’t have all of the vocab for the penis structures in my mind as some of the guys seem to be able to do…..)

Johnny, I’d say go with whatever gives you the greatest stretch. Straight down does it now but later on one of the other positions may be better. 2 cents.
