Why I Prefer Glans Hangers

Ice pads or ice cubes could be used to rub on the penis shaft to cool the penis severely,
Remember that since the penis was heated up the molecular protein structures has more stretch properties and then force(weight) is applied to maintain that stretch tension, but when cold is introduced the molecular protein structures are supposed to contract but since the tension stress is still there, the molecular protein structures would have small breaks/cracks at the weakest points and ‘tears’ expand to account for shrinkage of other structures within, the result? Would most likely bring about micro tears within the shaft

But that’s all theory, my routine is a bit tiresome as it is so I haven’t been able to test this out although I’ve been thinking about it for a while, any volunteers?

I’ve been doing something similar for about a month now.

* Pre-heat
* Heat during hanging ( 10LBS )
* Last set, turn off the heat
* After the last set is completed, apply a near-frozen paper towel (in ziploc) for 2 minutes ONLY ( 2.5 minutes MAXIMUM ), with penis manually extended (hand).
* Put on your ADS

Too soon to tell if it’s an effective method. These things obviously take time to actually prove or disprove themselves out. If I had to make a statement on it, I’d say at the very least it helps with a better flaccid - but I haven’t taken measurements in about 30-60 days.

That’s it! You got it.
Better flaccid means gains are on their way. Also you should try cooling down, while still hanging so as to create more micro tears, theoretically
And BTW do you hang from glans or 1+ inch from ridge?

Keep updating us

I god dang hope so.

I have been doing this for the last 2 weeks or so. And plan to continue. Unless of course I notice anything bad/unusual:

At the beginning of my last set (20 min sets), I turn off the IR heat lamp. At the end of the set:
1. I remove the weight
2. Remove compression hanger
3. Manually extend
4. Apply the cold paper towel for 2 minutes
5. Put on my ADS

Edit: Oof, I think I misread that. Do you mean cooling down to room temperature while hanging? Or applying cold while hanging?

I hang about 1" from the ridge using a compression hanger. I recently bought a cheap, vacuum ADS that I’ve used twice for hanging lower weight ( 5LBS ) after my heavier sets. I prefer the feeling of the vacuum hanger, but I think I’ve developed a couple blisters despite using tape. I tried the "water trick" but I don’t think my chinese vacuum cup will be compatible with the trick. Seems to just cause problems with everything lol

Yes cooling down is supposed to be midway during set while still hanging, so for first half of the set supposed to be for cooling while second half is for cooling,

I substituted the rubber cord with a zip tie. Works perfect. Could hang 2lbs for hours.

Did 5 lbs and 3 pounds for about 2.5 hours total.

Hung 15, 10, 13.for about 1 hr

Did 2 pumps.for 15 each and.milked the whole time.

Goal 7.5 x 6.5

Start 4/22 6 x 5.25 BG

Current 11/22 6 x 5.5 BG 4-7/8" MG

Glans hanging(right at the ridge) is the Guaranteed way to ensure length gains, hanging anywhere behind the circumcision scar is not too effective as the skin is bunched together with the corpus cavernosum

But for glans hanging, the whole tension is place on the CC, no tension whatsoever is placed on the skin. I suggest you work on glans hanging. It’s gonna be discomforting at first, so I suggest you start with 1-2 pounds and work your way up. If you can hang past 30 mins without getting sore then increase weight slowly while still aiming at that 30 min fatigue level never go for more. If your glans gets sore before 30 mins or before your shaft is fatigued that means the weight is too heavy

Another key aspect is knowing how to do proper wraps for the glans.
Personally I use 2 strips of cloth: both 7 x 1 in.
One is thinner softer (egs undies fabric) , the other is thicker and slightly course (egs Sock), the thinner one is for inner wrap, while thicker is for the outter.
The thinner provides close grip and comfort while the thicker outer prevents the rope(yes, I use rope as a noose) from cutting into the penis skin(ridge)

*30 min fatigue level is a rule of thumb, figure out which is better for you

*sorry I meant heating. Then cooling

Thank you for the tips for doing a proper wrap!

I’m hoping to transition completely over to vac hanging. It just seems a lot more efficient and more comfortable.

Thus the initial reason for this post. The set up that I described and pictured is the least complicated, easiest, cheapest, most comfortable, no blisters, no wrapping and no need for “tricks”, can go above 20 pounds, when assembled as described. But if you leave something out, like the silicone tubing or the draw string locks, or you mis-measure the fit, you end up with a sub-optimal set up and then have to settle for other hangers.

To each his own, but I want folks to know that there is a better way to hang IMHO.

Yep, Time saver no doubt. Am assembling one as we speak, but still haven’t decided on a tubing that fits well with my ridge.

If you are able to order it off of eBay, that is the easiest. I also used the tubing from an extender, but the size was a bit too big.

Quoting myself since there have been a lot of posts with questions and problems with gripping for manuals. This is also my set up for doing manuals. This allows for more range of motion and directional pulls over “just the hands”. It also allows for a much greater pulling stress. A and V fulcrums are easy and great to do especially just after taking off a heating pad. And for stealth, it all fits inconspicuously in a pocket.

How thick is your cord? I managed to force some 5/32 inside diameter silicone tubing over my paracord but the outside diameter is too thick now and slips off.
Also what are your tubing diameters?

I have several different diameters of silicone tubing. I use a 6mm, 7mm or 8mm outer diameter piece of tubing over nylon cord. For my size, the lengths are between 7.2 and 7.5 cm. Which is right around 2/3rd circumference, just behind the glans.

The cord is 1/8”. I would try finding cord that is thick enough to stay in place, but does not swell the tubing. Are you using a silicone tube or something else?
