Why is BTC so intense?

Why is BTC so intense?

I thought this would fit in here the best even though I don’t hang yes and have only tried stretching my dick BTC at the moment (wanting to get into hanging though).

But my question is, why does BTC (I presue this means “between the cheeks”) give such an intense stretch?

There is no other more opposing stretch to the ligs because you are pulling the penis in the direction where it’s coming from.

I would think the answer is yes. It may not be as efficient, and the results may not be exactly what you want.

Bib, this may sound redundent but I have to ask.

When you stretch, regardless of what you are using, hand, penimaster or hanging should you take a day off now and then?

I don’t mean take the day off because you are tired but should you take a day off to heal regardless of weather you feel tired or not.

I am getting confused on this matter. It seems from what I have read it might be better to heal while in an extended state as much as possible.

Allow me to put my 2 cents in.

I take a rest day off based on feel. For example, last saturday, I finally got in a 2 hr. hanging session that left my ligs simmering with fatigue. I did 45 min. of hanging on sunday because I reached fatigue already. If I did not use my BTC ADS device or did any fowfer and BTC stretches on sunday and yesterday, I would have totally healed by now ( today is Tuesday ) but since I still feel tiny needle pains at the base of my dick when I push in a fingertip there in a bouncing motion, I know I can take another day off to heal and will probably end up longer too. I did not use my BTC ADS today since I don’t want to go this long without total healing ( I’ve had bad weightlifting experiences from 10 - 15 yrs ago regarding chronic microtearing ).

So that will so far make it 3 consecutive rest days after 2 consecutive hanging days. If I find the time to hang to fatigue ( 2 hrs ), and strap on the BTC ADS for extended-state healing, I can take these multiple rest days. I guess this would be called hanging efficiently. Remember, if you heal in a non-extended state, your ligs thicken up requiring more weight at the next session, plus you didn’t get full length potential from the previous session.

In the past 5 weeks, ever since I started wearing the BTC ADS between hanging sessions, I have gained about .23” BPEL. This had followed a month of no gains despite going up in weight but not having the awareness of healing the microtears in the extended state. I will re-measure BPEL tomorrow night when I feel the ligs are fully healed. No PE at all tomorrow, not even fowfers, so full healing can take place.

Lastly, if you don’t feel tired or fatigued, I believe you don’t need to take a rest day.

I still do not understand, nor has anyone attempted to explain, why the body cannot heal while further stresses are being applied?

So, you stretch, damage occurs, and the structure becomes weaker. Almost immediately, healing begins. When the structure is totally healed, usually it is stronger. You have not reached your goal yet, so now you wish to apply more stress, in order to create more damage, in order to gain. Only now, the previously stresses areas are stronger requiring a greater stress to deform. Why not simply continue the stress, allow for healing in the extended state, and make it easier on yourself. You will still heal, only longer.

This of course does not take into account the situation of pain. If you have stressed the tissues to the level of pain, or great discomfort, then rest. This is a warning sign that the tissues have reached their limit. In that situation, you must give the opportunity for healing without further great stress.

Depends on what your LOT is. If high, you should receive fairly good quick gains from BTC. Then, as your LOT lowers, the gains should slow. When BTC has exhausted the gains from lig stretch, you will probably plateau. If you continue only stressing the lower angles, the outer tunica may be able to increase, but the ligs will take the stress away from the inner tunica, and it will not be affected. Since the inner tunica will not be affected very much, little of it will be expressed, and there will be no opportunity for your LOT to rise as inner shaft is pulled out.

The more prudent course would be to switch to an upper angle that would affect both the outer and inner tunica, help pull out inner shaft, and give the opportunity for raising your LOT.

Thank you Chickenchoker and Bib for confirming what I have concluded.

Basically do my stretches and then keep my dick in an extended state (not to tight) for as long as I can to facilitate healing in a lengthed position. I also found the posts the different ADS devices.

I ordered a Bib Hanger so now all I have to do is get the belt and some cloth. I like the idea of the BTC ADS device. Looks like I could wear it at work!

Thanks again guys, if I come across any difficulities I’ll be sure to ask a ton of questions.

I agree that healing does take place immediately and the body can heal as further stress is applied. I suppose I should’ve hanged today and maybe OTS yesterday as well but I was extra careful based on my history of slow healing muscular microtears from weightlifting many years ago and I do not want a repeat of that by turning a microtear into a full-blown tear and set my PE back a few weeks or so.

The fatigue I felt after hanging just 45 min. a day after I hung for 2 hrs to fatigue told me I was at my limit and that I should not hang BTC or SD for at least 2 days. Further slowing the healing is the BTC ADS and stretches I do.

Now after 3 days of rest, which I admit may be too long for the average PEer, I’m ready for a 2 hr. hanging session tomorow.
