1/2 inch expansion!!!
I just tried a new routine with great results and I figured I’d pass this along to see if anyone can either pick up on it or share on how to improve it.
1. After warm wrap, jelq 50-75 times
2. Pump for 10-12 min
3. Immediately airclamp for 5 min
4. jelq 25 times
5. repeat pump-clamp-jelq x4
At the end of my full routine, I put on a cockring and warm-down. At the end of my last 25 jelq I measured and reach a whole 1/2 inch expansion. I don’t normally see my tape measurer out that far unless I’m still clamped. I would like to try a 1 on 1 off schedule because I’m going for girth and I read somewhere that more rest is needed for girth than length. Also, because I only stay clamped for 5 min at a time, it doesn’t feel like I’m overtraining. I invite anyone to chime in or give it a try. If I can get the same expansion in my next session (Wednesday) this will be the routine I stick with until I stop seeing growth.
