2 Months No Size Increase

Hey guys. Today marks 2 months pumping. 1 year PE. I really haven’t noticed any increase in size in the pump yet. Is this normal? It’s like exactly the same down to the mm on average (I’m measuring based off my leluv built in ruler)… some days better than others for whatever reason.
I have noticed better EQ and “fuller” erections, which is nice, but no gains yet. I had zero girth gains before my pumping journey began. Maybe 1/4 inch beginner gains in length.

My routine: warmup, ~80 dry jelqs, 20-25 min pumping @ 3-5in. Pressure. 2 days on 1 day off. 6 weeks on 1 week off

Should I add more time in pump? If so should I be doing multiple sessions or one longer session?
Note: I am experiencing the “donut effect” at this time/pressure.

Each dick reacts differently to pumping. In my case, I seriously doubt that pumping contributed in any measurable gains to my length; however, I attribute pumping as to why I gained over an inch in girth, albeit took over five years. I pumped twice a day for 20 minutes at 5 hg, five days a week and one 45 minute session a week at 4 hg.

I will say this….

Jelq before entering the tube. Warm up, do your jelqing routine, warm up, enter the tube and wrap the heating pad around the cylinder as you pump, gotta have the heat going.

Start a journal, write everything down, days where you feel like shit and days where your EQ is the highest, scroll back through the pages and find out when you over did with the exercises, whats causing good or bad PIs, eat clean, sleep regularly, slowly increase the “resistance” . Do a longer daily routine or split it up , all depends on your daily routine….school, family, work. You must want it. Good luck.

btw i would do 5-6 days in the row and one rest and slowly progress with the resistance or time under the “tension” . Use the heat!

Right on thank you guys. @Turnau that’s essentially what I’m doing, Aside from 5-6 days on. Good advice with keeping the log. I’ll give the 5/6 on 1 off a shot when I’m more conditioned as I still get minor skin irritations (more from the jelqing than pumping, but still). For now I love my rest day ever couple days, it keeps me sane Lol.

I’ll keep at it forsure I just wasn’t positive if I should have been seeing gains by now or not…

I am getting a slightly wider cylinder soon and will incorporate that and see if it makes a difference.

One year in, so I can’t say I have the most experience. But I feel like I make more progress with more time/frequency. Definitely take days off, but I don’t think doing anything, once a day for 20 minutes, will do much. I read a good analogy once, likening this to orthodontics. Teeth aren’t going to straighten by pushing really hard on your teeth for 30 minutes a day. They’ll hurt, and get loose, but they won’t move and straighten. It takes constant, steady pressure to get movement and growth. Now, I’m not in a profession where I can wear something all day long, but I have a 45 min commute to and from work, and an hour lunch. I’m also home several days a week, so I’ve been doing a mix of extending, hanging, and pumping. Not heavy pressure or tension, but significant enough. And trying to keep it steady and multiple times a day. If we all believe in this microtear theory, then it’s gonna take time, but you need frequency too.

@obiwan77 yeah man that’s something to consider. I’ve looked a lot into “less is more” vs “more is more” and it seems like it really comes down to the individual. A lot of guys are saying they don’t have any success until they take ample rest days and some guys are the opposite. I will try a more frequent schedule To see if that works, but I’m honestly too busy to be playing w my dick all day. Like I mentioned earlier. Rest days give me sanity and something to look forward to as to not burn out in my PE journey and I’d like to keep it that way. (Also I’m still doing stealth PE, so it’s hard to come up w that many excuses to avoid the gf etc…)

I think I’ll soon try 2, 20 minute sessions in the pump for my 2 days on 1 day off along w my dry jelqs as a warmup. Hopefully my schedule will allow that and I’ll go up to 3 on 1 off if need be.

Does anyone think it’s necessary to go for longer in the pump to see results?
