A New Vacuum Pump for Penis Girth

Today yesterday I have bought a new VACUUM PUMP manufactured by Auto Max World Wide GMBH, Made in Germany, I want to know that:

1. Can I warm my unit with wet warm cloth or rice socks before doing my Pumping or after or both times ?
2. Do I do kegels, when I am doing pumping or not? When to perform KEGELS?
3. Do I follow this routine: Warm up > Pumping > Jelq > Warm Up > Kegels ?

1). Yes

2). I always kegel while pumping and any other time I have an erection

3). I would do jelqing before and after pumping. Otherwise ok, but do not think a second warm up is necessary. Perhaps a warm down when finished.
