Do you mean that it is hard to get a clamp style hanger to grip properly with the lymph from pumping going on?

To add to what UD said, if you’re using vacuum hanger with pump you can get such fluid build up that your dick can go numb. This happened to me once (it got better after stopping everything for about half a week). I don’t combine those two anymore.
I have a Vac Hanger by Monkeybar, so it isn’t a vacuum pump in the traditional sense…
What I really believe is that the Vac hanger I have is accumulating lymph just like a traditional pump, except that the ‘pump’ is primarily just in the upper shaft and glans (as opposed to a pump, first, starting in the base of the penis with a traditional pump). At first I didn’t like this, but I am getting to be OK with it.
On the other hand, I wouldn’t want to over-do pumping for all of the obvious reasons. But there might be times when I might be capable of hanging, but pumping might not necessarily be the best choice. And since I am trying for length, mostly, at the moment, using a clamp style hanger on those days that meet the above criteria, this seems like a good idea.
So, I might not even be doing them on the same day. But in the future, there may be a time when I need more hanging time than I could stand in a vacuum, so a clamp style hanger would be better to start with..
Those are my thoughts on where I am going with this. But since I was thinking of it, I was wondering how effective a routine hanging, then pumping was - if any guys have done it.
And if the have, what type of gains have they gotten?
