Aussie Guy Wants to get Pumping again

Hi Guys had a pump some years ago however didn’t know what or how to use it correctly (before I found Thunders)
I want to start again and came across this Australian Site site with a number of cheap pumps.

http://astore.a mazon.com/aussi … 8977087-8949606

Can someone advise me if the pumps listed here (I was looking at the one below) is it worthwhile purchasing?
Men’s Top Gauge Professional Pressure Penis Pump
From y2Male
List Price: A$99.99
Price: A$49.75

Thanks in advance for your assistance
Cheers

The question I would have is simply “Is the product going to arrive, and when it does, will it be as advertised?”. The feedback seems fishy: “This is the second one I have purchase. This one is the real thing it sets the standard”. Why did you need to buy two? Did the first one break? Reeks of self-promotion.

That whole website is full of crap like “Extenze Penis Pills” and the like, so I would be extremely wary of buying anything from there. You might be better off making your own “Aquarium Gravel Cleaner Cylinder and Brake Bleeder” outfit.

No, it is not worthwhile purchasing. If you want to do it right this time you need a more professional system with a cylinder size that fits correctly. Something like the deluxe system from lapdist: All Products | LA Pump

Look at the cylinder sizing thread at the top of the Pumpers Forum.

Thank you for all your help. In regard to GlandMaster I’m in Australia so I want to purchase one from my country probably for the very reasons you’ve given.
Why do I need a second one? You’ll laugh at this.
I was using it at my office (have my own business) and decided to take it home. Whilst getting into my car with a bunch of files etc and the naked pump (it was at night so no one could see it and I didn’t really care if anyone did) in any case, I was parked on a busy road and fumbling for the keys the bloody pump fell and rolled into on coming traffic! Consequentally it was killed!

So there you have it.

You are welcome, and you are correct, sir! :chuckle:

I wish you the best of luck with your new PE project: I know it must be difficult to pump when you’re grabbing at the ceiling with your toes trying not to fall off the bottom of the Earth! :uhuh:

The only problem I see with the Australia product lines is that they seem very expensive. So much so, it would seem to be much cheaper to buy a pump in the US and ship it. Am I wrong about this? Is the exchange rate messing with my calculations?

AUD should be around 80 cents USD, or about $1.20 AUD to buy one USD, G-Dad.

Yeh our Aussie dollar is worth around the us80.cent mark

GM it is very difficult to get about down here so what we did was build everything upside down to compensate!

I gotta colt and it’s a good piece of kit. Lapdist is universally recommended. As a comment - go with the people who are in it for the product. Got some “toys” and no spares available £50 ($100) straight in the bin.Lapdist seem to on it. Shipping may be slow, but there you go.

Ta dodge thanks mate

.. Or you could try constructing your own equipment! There’s plenty enough information out there on how to do it. True you may not make something to the same standard of quality as some of the commercially available stuff, but your gonna spend a whole lot less money doing so!! Also, consider your increasing pride using self made gear to increase your pride considerably! ;)

Cylinder is thin plastic and the pump is also plastic. A friend had a similar pump, which didn’t last long. Try the Toolshed site. They have 2 outlets in Sydney plus a website:

The Toolshed - Great service guaranteed! – The Toolshed AU

San Francisco pump is very reliable; I have had one for 10 years, the brass type not the plastic trigger action. LA pump looks just as strong. I am fairly sure the parts are interchangeable in those two brands. SF Pump seems to be an Australian rebranding, I haven’t seen it in US websites, but I am fairly sure it is imported and the cylinders seem to be identical to the LA type.

Unfortunately the brass pumps at Toolshed don’t have gauges. Others may be able to inform us of the reliability of the plastic trigger pumps with gauge. Kaplan pumps are available at some Aus outlets and look identical to the picture captioned "SF style plastic one handed penis pump" on the Toolshed site, but with a gauge. They are not significantly cheaper than metal, from past observations.

The one-hand pump with gauge at Eagle Leather (Melbourne) is metal and looks like good quality:

The basic metal SF pump is also cheaper by $40 there.

I have no interest in any of the vendors mentioned.

AUD $1 is now worth about USD $0.87. At .80 we pay $1.25 for a USD $1, and at 0.87 we pay $1.15 for USD $1, in case you are tempted to buy from US websites. You have to allow a significant slug for UPS or fast postage if you don’t want to wait 1-3 months for mail to arrive.
