Yes it does, but you can experience a much more important increase if you overdo it and end up with plenty of edema.

Better to avoid a lot of edema. A small amount won’t be an issue.

Been using the bath mate for almost 2 weeks, I do notice a difference girth slightly bigger and longer, but I’m still doing PE before pumping. Warming up and jelqing then the hot and to cold water reply helps on build up, edema is greatly reduced since been doing the other half cold. Doing kegels in low pressure feels good but not In a high pump. I do one day on and off, got sore and hurt my EQ!

I’ve never used the BM with cold water. Think I’ll try it tonight.
