Best methods to prevent and/or reduce red spots?

Best methods to prevent and/or reduce red spots?

Hi.

I like to do longer air pumps (20+ minutes) with low/mid pressure cause it gives the most satisfying results. The pump sessions usually end in slight donuts which I don’t mind. What I noticed tho: The amount and intensity of red spots varies. Sometimes even short and mid pumps gives me some red spots while longer ones barely have any.

Stuff I tried so far:
- Heat (before, during and after)
- Stuff with Peppermint Oil
- massaging

Read somewhere that Peppermint Oil can help removing hickey and thought that this logic also applies for red spots caused by pumping. Sometimes it feels like that it helps but then there are still red spots. Makes me wonder what really helps.

Anyone can recommend a routine to prevent and/or reduce red spots while doing longer pumps?

Would really help if you can share your experience and successful methods.

It isn’t yet known whether you should really apply pure vitamin E oil (tocopheral acetate, just pure not in sunflower oil or anything else), because it is assessed as having skin ‘firming’ properties which may be a ‘stiffening’ action. However it was widely reported that it does reduce scar tissue and stretch marks, which means it may trigger a "Freshen up" response, and not ‘stiffening’. If that were true you could potentially get far more gains by healing quickly and then getting back into it. I just don’t know, you could apply it to red marks to see if they go away. If it is a stiffening compound then it may be a disaster. It is potentially the BEST or WORST one

Red spots are not an issue. They will go away once your penis adapts to the pressure. The main rule here is: the longer the break between pumping sessions, the more likely you are to get red spots. Always warm up before pumping. If your session lasts around 30 minutes, use a lower pressure setting for the first 10 minutes.

I’ll also add to my original post, diets of large amounts of eggs (35+) have been used to aid severe burn victims, by speeding up recovery, and that same healing potential would be beneficial if you are pumping.

They used a variety of different methods of preparation within that study, but I personally noticed the best effects while eating eggs that had cooked whites, and runny yolks, that were warm I.e sunny side up, over easy, or soft boiled that are eaten straight away and not allowed to cool. I don’t know what happens at the chemical level when eggs cool down, or if that is better or worse. There is just something about warm runny yolks that seems to create a release of some form of androgen that I can feel, I am of white European descent and don’t know if that is true for other ethnicities but if you are like me you may potentially benefit from eating 6+ per day, even potentially lots more.

If you have children, eating multiple eggs as such is potentially perfect for their growth and development, so if anyone is in that position it is potentially best case scenario to get them a few eggs every day while they grow.

Another addition. Vitamin D is huge for recovery. Direct sunlight contains both UV-A and UV-B, as well as other wavelengths, UV-B is the light that causes the skin to use cholesterol to then create vitamin D. Sunlight is better than oral supplementation which has been found to be far less efficient, sunlight provides the full array of positive health effects. Tanning beds unfortunately usually block UV-B as they are designed to TAN, which means they use UV-A instead. However there are beds that use UV-B and others, that can be purchased or used at specific facilities and that may be optimum if you want to create massive d3 production, which will reduce blood pressure and decrease the chance of heart problems: https://pmc.ncb i.nlm.nih.gov/a … les/PMC5402039/

Heavy tanning isn’t ideal, and if you are white and become brown, you are actually worse off. Golden tans are better. You shouldn’t ever sunburn. It is best to get about 15/20 minutes of direct warm sun without protection, and then use high factor protection if you are outside more than that, if you are in those areas of the world where you can. If you’re in a cold area like the UK or France, beds that use/include UV-B light and infrared as well is something that you should look into, because it is potentially the one area that almost everyone in medical science is messing up the most, by not trying to create massive facilities with full spectrum sunlight beds, with massive promotion in the press, to increase everyone’s health.

Great advises, thanks.

Is it safe to pump with red spots or could this lead to much longer lasting red spots or even permanent? Right now I always take a break if I’m seeing red spots but I’m not sure if it’s worth it. Red spots lasts about 1-3 days depending how big they are.

Is infrared light better than other heat sources? I’m currently using rice socks.

For warming up or to quickly heal red spots?

In the first case, NIR could replace traditional heating, as after 30 minutes of use, the pads’ temperature reaches 41°/43°C, allowing effective warming of the internal soft tissues. This has been confirmed by a user who monitored the internal penile temperature with a urethral probe.

In the second case, several users, including those who experienced discoloration after intense vacuum pump sessions, have reported rapid improvements with the use of NIR devices. You may also consider an FIR device, as infrared therapy seems to speed up recovery and improve such issues in both cases.

As for creams or ointments, some users have noticed significant improvements using vitamin E-based products, which seem to help alleviate issues like dry skin and discoloration.
