This can work if you are careful. An option if you do not already have a set of extractors is to use a small screwdriver. As the connector is plastic all you need is a small flat head screwdriver which is slightly larger than the hole in broken fitting but smaller than the threaded hole in the cylinder. Lightly drive the screwdriver into the broken fitting and then simply back the fitting out, i.e., unscrew it.

I read some where about milking the cylinder while pumping. Can someone explain this a little more?

I wonder if one combined pumping with hanging? Would adding a few minutes after your last hanging session be good?

I can only answer for myself. What I’ll tell you is this, it looks nice after but it’s basically a wast of time. It also takes years of conditioning to get to a point of hanging and then pumping. Never pump then hang. If your conditioned enough to try it it’s always hang then pump.

One thing you can also consider is hanging and then a clamp session. If I remember correct bib also did this along with many other hanging vets myself included. Again you need conditioning first.

Thanks for the advice. I have tried clamping but it becomes painful so I did not keep up with it.

Post (girth) pumping: 5.25, Post (girth) pumping with c-ring: 5.5

Goal=> Pre-pump Nbel: 7.5 Eg: 5.5

I do 10-20 min sets with low to high pressure, 10-20hg +, and then I would go for a 30-50 min set with low pressure, or even very low pressure like below 3hg. Those are actually my favourite sets, with heat. I can feel my heart beating inside the tubed dick at the end of those, good feeling too, no pain or anything. I use good Vitamin E creams and firegoat rolls to keep the skin looking better then it looked in it’s entire life through the hole process.

Titleist was right when he said 1 hour is enough to gain length in the tube. I do as well. It’s better for me to pump for 30-40 min first, one single set, then go for the higher intesity 10-20 min sets for more length in the tube. But I also do another long low pressure set after I’ve reached my max length and hold it for as long as it feels good. I love pumping and clamping. I’ve only done 2-3 sets of clamping, 10-15 min, in between sets these last weeks because of all the pumping I’ve been doing, but clamping after pumping is the best.
