Best Pumping routine Duration?

I think most people here tend to agree Low HG yield d better result for girth.

I have tried pumping routine consistently , but have little result. Try high HG, low HG.

My concern is in terms of time.
Is it twice a day pumping Or once a day Or once every other day? Which yield best result in d shortest time?

I m confused

Once a day and you’ll learn when you need rest. Make sure you’re using constant heat.

Titleist, what do you think, regarding pumping, about active rest? Just something to keep it engorged .like 5-10 minutes in the morning and in the evening, with very low pressure?

Any activity isn’t rest. We all need rest after pumping during the week.

Once properly conditioned - one or two months of building up time to 20 minutes and vacuum level to 5 hg, I pumped twice a day for 20 minutes at 5 hg, five days a week and once a week for 45 minutes at 4 hg. It took about four years to gain 1” in girth.


Start 11/09 BPEL: 5.5", EG: 4.4"

Current. BPEL: 6:4", EG: 5.5"

For me :

*Once a day or 1on1off when i feel fatigue.

*45 min is great, ive tried more but it is too much and not worth the time and it shrink during the day, ive done less but it is not enough to stay engorged all the day.

*I dont care much about the pressure i feel when it stretch enough without reaching pain (aproximatively 7hg)

Then i can clamp while edging and i becomes reeealy big.

Congratulations on ur gain… . My main concern is girth. That means you pump 6 days a week ? With 1 rest day.

I actually rested two days and substituted the 45 minute session for one of the 20 minute sessions.

Thanks for the reply. Thts means one of the day are 45 + 20 min session.

Your rest day is 2 consecutive days, or 1 day in between, another 1 day in between.

I switched back and fourth between separate one day and two day breaks.

@Titleist Can you please elaborate on “you’ll learn when you need rest”. Do you mean that if once a day feels like too much, then back off to a once every-other day routine?

Meaning in due time you will gain a sense of the indicators that signal your dick is fatigued and needs rest. As an example, Titleist has advised if he couldn’t get an erection 5-10 min after exiting the pump, he knew it was time to stop while conducting marathon pumping sessions.

Other times it could be that your erection quality is down, thus that justifies you taking a break.

You can compare this to any form of exertion or exercise in that at some point; your body will tell you it’s time to take a break and that will vary from person to person.

Hi, sorry to hijack thread but I’ve no idea how to start new one it just brings me to forum guidelines.

Can anyone help I’ve broken the coupler on a leluv cylinder, the thread snapped so is still sitting in it but can’t twist it out because I’ve no way of actually getting a grip on it.
