So, I’ve already gained more than 1 inch in length and for sure a little bit in girth too, but I didn’t take track of girth since the beginning.

Just manual PE. Normal stretches and jelqs routine. Nothing intense. 30-40 min and routine was done.

I want to see if I can get extra gains since I’m going to give to my penis a different stimulation.
Pump has arrived!! (a Thickwall’s one with a gauge), I also bought the thick silicon ring for a better vacuum

Goals, right now, are a 0,4 inches in both ways, length and girth.

I’ve tried few minutes today for the first time.
Generally, I get cold easily.. I know about the heating pad trick, but right now, since I don’t have it, I wanted to try with water. Problem is that you can do it only if you avoid water to get inside the gauge. Is very tricky if you want to try it while entering full erect in the cylinder. So, for this first times, I’ve put aside the idea and decided to focus on normal pumping.

Routine this week will be just: up to 3 Hg, some kegels, release , and again up to 3Hg.for like 3 minutes .Some edging before and after with cock ring, few holds and then back inside full erect. I’ll re-warm up with hot water before every set.

So, something like that:
3x 3min and every set, hot water, edging, few holds

Let’s see how I behave.
If piis are good, then I’ll gradually reach 5 minutes straight at 3 Hg x 2 times with heating and edging before, in the middle and after the session.

I hope to figure out the best way to keep it super warm. Water would be perfect, but I’m sure It will be a mess

How are you planning to heat yourself? Today I’ll probably try another time with water, let’s see If I manage to fix all the steps quickly and without make a mess.

About my PE: years ON and OFF,, but I would say that my gains, with dedication, would have taken me around 2 years

I’ve managed to pump with hot water without make a mess. Cool!
I have to understand If my penis gets darker because of the heat or it’s a mild form of discoloration (even if it fades after 2 minutes)

Piis are good.

Next sessions I’ll start with the 3 minutes x 3 at 3Hg.

I need to understand if its more beneficial the clamping, reinforced by the pump, or vice versa.

If Piis will still be good, my Idea of a routine, to keep for a month without big changes, would be something like

5 minutes at 3Hg + 10 minutes of edging with cock ring (5min of them clamping with hands) 5 minutes rest x 2

Ok, I’ve managed to reach 5 minutes at 3Hg with and without hot water.
With water it’s tricky because you see your penis huge, and you don’t detect if there is real expansion
Without you have a better view. So right now I alternate them in order to understand what’s going on, then I’ll switch with the water one, because the heating is a whole other story.

5 minutes it’s still a little time, and by reading other threads I think I will go for the long series with low pressure
Probably this week I will try to reach 3 sets of 10 minutes at 2/3 Hg
2 sets in the morning, 1 in the evening

I’m not from US, but I should have an electric heating pad somewhere.

Actually, I’ve managed to pump with water inside without any kind of mess, and is very warm, relaxing, and practical.

My only concern (but also regards normal air pumping) is that I bought this silicon sleeve that is very helpful for provide a good vacuum. And for my water pumping is gold.. But the fact is that it gives me the sensation of a light cock ring. And I read you shouldn’t pump with one of those.
Now is not a problem, but for the future, since I’m planning long low pressure sessions.. Might be? What do you think?

I’m doing 2 sets of 5-6 minutes at 2-3 Hg in the morning, and one in the evening.. If piis keep to be good like now (good EQ), I’ll go for 2 sets in the morning and 2 in the evening. And gradually I’ll add time, reaching a 10 minutes x set , still same pressure.

I agree with gprent with regard to the silicone ring. I use a silicone ring from PumpToys and it significantly improves comfort, especially when you start to do longer sessions.

Yes, the sleeve I bought (kind of like a silicon ring) is very comfortable. Also, I can go inside the cylinder with a 10/10 erection.
The only thing is that probably, when I’ll start to pump for longer sessions, some temporary discoloration might happen.
We’ll see!

Also, without that I would have my balls inside the cylinder every time! :D
Because during winter there is no way I have bouncing balls, but they’re very close to the penis

Today I’ve reached 4-5 Hg..
Looks like 4-5 Hg are the one that make me touch the cylinder with my penis.
Otherwise, my penis stays “erected” in the middle of the cylinder. When I’m at 2-3 Hg, I have to excite myself and have an actual erection while I’m pumping. By doing so, my penis touches the cylinder.

If is not touching while I’m pumping, I know that in that moment I’ve “lost” the erection and I’m having one only because of the vacuum.

Does it make sense?
Do I have to pump with an actual real erection all the time? Because now I can, but for longer sessions at low pressure, I don’t know

The rule of thumb to avoid problems is to limit time under vacuum to 15 minutes and vacuum level at or below 5hg.

I’ll try to figure out different approaches

For example:

Right now, since I’m at my first week, I don’t see any kind of big expansion, inside the cylinder.
BUT.. When I edge with the cock ring after (and not necessarily with the erection straight out of the cylinder.. But maybe after few minutes under hot water and after regaining an erection), the expansion is very good. Specially by doing some holds/clamp with hands for 1 minute.

I used to do that without the pump.. Never had good results, expansion was good, but not always noticeable.

Now, by clamping with hands, I had almost a + 2cm at the base right after the cock ring (for sure with some skin), and 1,5 cm middle shaft and at the top.

18 cm at the base are cool !! :D

So here my doubts.. I ‘ll try figure it out, but some advices would be cool

I really hope that ONLY pumping allows you gains .But maybe the real deal could be the clamping and edging with the cock ring after pumping. I will do both (pump and clamp) but I have to figure it out with what ratio.

So, if it’s the first solution, I will try to do long cumulative sessions.. Like 1-2 hours (with pauses off course), at low pressure (around 3 Hg).And small amount of clamping.

If it’s the second, I will do just some 10 minutes sets, with WAY more clamping, edging and manual girth based exercises (exercises that right now, didn’t give me gains, but maybe with the pumped effect would be different)

I did 5 days On, and it’s about 10 days since I’ve started.

I gradually increased time and pressure. First days never passed the 3Hg. These last sessions I did some 4Hg- 5Hg.
I’m planning to keep that pressure as my max right now, I will just add time

So now I’m planning to do something like:
MORNING:
Warm up,
Enter fully erected
5 minutes pumping at 2-3 Hg

Edge till I get a rock hard again
10 minutes pumping at 3-4 Hg
5x 30”-1’ holds/hand clamping with cock ring
Rest/warm up
Edge till I get a rock hard again
10 minutes pumping (with hot water inside) at 4 Hg
5x 30”-1’ holds/hand clamping with cock ring

EVENING:
If Piis are good, same as in the morning, if I feel a bit more tired, only the first 10 minutes set.

In total, would be 40-50 minutes under the pump and 15-20 holds of 30”-1’ plus the edging part with cock ring.

If I’ll start to be tired, having less rock hard erections, Off day will follow. If it continues, I will reduce the amount of volume workout, BUT, if Piis are good, I will not take real OFF days, instead, I will do a very light pump of 10/15 minutes total without the manual part.
