So, I’ve already gained more than 1 inch in length and for sure a little bit in girth too, but I didn’t take track of girth since the beginning.
Just manual PE. Normal stretches and jelqs routine. Nothing intense. 30-40 min and routine was done.
I want to see if I can get extra gains since I’m going to give to my penis a different stimulation.
Pump has arrived!! (a Thickwall’s one with a gauge), I also bought the thick silicon ring for a better vacuum
Goals, right now, are a 0,4 inches in both ways, length and girth.
I’ve tried few minutes today for the first time.
Generally, I get cold easily.. I know about the heating pad trick, but right now, since I don’t have it, I wanted to try with water. Problem is that you can do it only if you avoid water to get inside the gauge. Is very tricky if you want to try it while entering full erect in the cylinder. So, for this first times, I’ve put aside the idea and decided to focus on normal pumping.
Routine this week will be just: up to 3 Hg, some kegels, release , and again up to 3Hg.for like 3 minutes .Some edging before and after with cock ring, few holds and then back inside full erect. I’ll re-warm up with hot water before every set.
So, something like that:
3x 3min and every set, hot water, edging, few holds
Let’s see how I behave.
If piis are good, then I’ll gradually reach 5 minutes straight at 3 Hg x 2 times with heating and edging before, in the middle and after the session.
I hope to figure out the best way to keep it super warm. Water would be perfect, but I’m sure It will be a mess
