In my experience pumping will even out girth. When I started hydro pumping with my diy hydro pump the girth was uneven. Now girth is even. My personal opinion is hydro pump can even out girth.

I theorize it can. I’ve noted other members who do almost strictly pumping, Titleist in particular, who have had curves correct over time and have primarily only pumped for most of their PE endeavors.
It is the theory that has given me the motivation to try PE4F pumping with a gauge, trying to use the cylinder as a snug, high pressure mold for my cock. This remains to be seen, of course.

I started using an air pump with a gauge and a 2 inch tube and it seems to be evening out my girth after just two or three months worth of use. Also since I’m using a gauge and low-pressure I’ve been able to increase my sessions to 230 minute sessions per day and the pump stays with me almost all day long now.
