Has anyone tried this?

Light/Medium pumping with a medium pressure on the clamp??

This seems to maximize elongation WHILE clamped.


06/21/07 NBP = 7.75(tape) FSL = 7.875 EG = 5.00 Volume= 15.42

09/13/07 NBP = 8.375 FSL = 8.75 EG = 5.38 Volume = 19.29 (+25%)

I have and it has merit. The challenge is that you are already applying force with either modality. When you do both, your margin of error is reduced. With that said, I find it helpful to use the advantage of the pump to get tissue beyond the clamp.

Again, I am referring to low/moderate intensity.

By that, I mean as opposed to 6 clicks and 6 pounds of pressure - 3 clicks and 3 pounds.

There was NO feeling of over ramped pressure and there was much less fluid build up as opposed to doing EITHER the clamping OR the pumping at usual intensity.

Caution of course.

What kind of differences do you see between pumping without a clamp, and pumping with a clamp. Both after pumping and during pumping, ie packing the tube with it on/off, lenth seems to be longer with/without clamp, post pump differences. Thanks :D

I have been utilizing this technique for about two months now. Maybe once in a seven day period. Clamp and edge, then remove the clamp and enter the cylinder (sometimes while experiencing dry orgasms). Then slowly increase the pressure to 5 to 7 lbs. Then back off a bit. Sometimes tugging or milking the cylinder. This method should be done in one single set of not more than 10 minutes, as it is very intense. Can cause temporary discoloring. Definitely not a PE technique for newbies.

Personal benefits include a fuller and heavier flaccid hang and I believe it prevents plateaus in my regiment. Seems to really stimulate good circulation of the blood in the penis. Just be very careful not to over do it.
