I got that “loose” feel like the feel you get after stretching your hamstring for a while before playing sports. Before pumping, my cock feels “tight” during stretching. Is this “looseness” beneficial to gain?

I think I know what he means.I don’t feel it the day of using the pump but like the day after I jelq a little before puttingit in.it feels kinda spongy or “loose” as he says. I do jelq before the pump and after the pump when I am in the shower washing off the lube.
