Contemplating cylinder upgrade

I’m very close to maxing out my current Vacutech round thickwall cylinder which measures 2x9 inches. The BEG of my penis now measures 6.50” and the MSEG is 6.25” with my NBPEL hitting 8.10. For me to go any further, I pretty much have to get a larger cylinder. My base girth in particular is definitely maxed out, because I can feel how tight it is during expansion. I think that if I stuck with my current cylinder, I could probably squeeze out another quarter of an inch for my MSEG and length, but I’m not certain about that. Does anyone know what’s the maximum girth that can be attained in a 2 inch diameter cylinder?

If I did upgrade though, I would get a 2.25x10 round thickwall. The problem though is that I have already hit my initial goal of 8x6.5. This was supposed to be my cut off, and I would then go back to my normal life sans P.E. But now I can’t help but wonder how far I could take it? I seem to have a strong knack for PE given the speed at which I have gained, and I’m confident I could conceivably take my penis from “huge” to “monster” category ala Titleist. But that would require at least 2 to 4 more months of dedication.

Whether you buy it or not is up to you, but if you do buy, the 2.25”X10” is the one to get. That will let you comfortably expand to 7” or more girth and of course a lot more length.

The easy method is geometry. Circumference of a circle with 2” diameter is 6.28” and so that is the circumference available to expand into inside the cylinder. Slightly more if the cylinder is not exactly in spec.

At 2.25” this changes to 7.07” circumference maximum in the cylinder. More working space. You decide your path forward. Getting up to around that size is all a matter of preference.

@ thoughtful, but it must be possible to grow beyond the confines of the cylinder because my BEG is 6.50”, and obviously post pumping expansion is well beyond that, probably an inch or so greater though that is temporary.

I’m wondering if I can get up to 6.50” on my midshaft with my 2x9” cylinder. I could probably do it, though it would take a lot longer perhaps than if I got a 2.25x10” cylinder.

You do grow slightly above the confines but it isn’t by much. And it isn’t by design. Of course you notice you have to slide the cylinder off of your penis. That doesn’t mean you’re taking the most efficient route to expansion for more girth. It generally is a length pumping concept to use a packed tube. Or if you are pumping for forming purposes to even out girth or correct a curve.

The ceiling for girth in a packed tube is close by. There literally isn’t much more that tube *can* give you.

Additionally, base girth increases fastest because the central flow of blood is there and it will always get cramped first (unless you have a pronounced small base girth compared to the rest of the penis).

So, if you’re trying to be effective, take the proper tube size. You are hitting the limits of what that one will give you.

I already felt the negative effects of my first cylinder which was tapered and was literally stifling my glans. I don’t want to repeat that again!

Well the new cylinder came in the mail today. I’m going to use it later tonight, and post my feedback! :D

OK so I just finished my first session with the new cylinder using my usual 3 set routine lasting 10 minutes each, starting at 7Hg, 12Hg and finally at 15Hg for the last set with the last two minutes at 17Hg. Here are my thoughts:

Positives:

1) Greater overall expansion. This is really axiomatic, a bigger cylinder equals more expansion. In my previous cylinder, the base would get so tight that I would literally have to rip it off of me after a session so I had clearly outgrown it. With the new one, that no longer happens, plus I’m seeing a more even expansion along the entire shaft of my penis and my glans is no longer touching the sides of the cylinder, except on the top.

2) Less lymphatic fluid. This one surprised me actually. I figured that with greater expansion from the bigger cylinder, I would get more lymphatic fluid accumulation, but it turned out to be the opposite. I’m thinking that the greater expansion allows for more blood flow throughout the entire penis, which reduces the amount of lymph fluid. That’s not to say that I ever really had any excessive amount of lymph fluid, as it’s always been minimal. Also, in my smaller cylinders, the lymph build up would also be solely under my glans area where the corona is, but with this bigger one, the lymph buildup is much more even across the entire penis shaft.

It’s possible that the amount of lymph build up hasn’t really changed, but that it’s dispersed more evenly across my entire penis which gives the illusion of being much less.

3) Post workout ache is back in spades. You know that good ache, which doesn’t actually hurt, but feels a bit sore and makes you know that your penile tissues got a really nice workout. That’s how I felt after my third and final set with this new cylinder. On my smaller one, this feeling went away once I was able to pack it completely.

Negatives:

1) It’s fucking uncomfortable! I guess because the diameter is greater, the base of the cylinder is pushing hard against my groin in areas that I’m not used to. I always push the cylinder firmly against my groin to make the best seal possible, but the discomfort this caused was verging on intolerable, especially once I dialed up the pressure to 15Hg. I may need to get a silicone pad or something, so if anyone knows where I can get one, that would be awesome.

2) In my second set, I had a tiny bit of my nutsack get sucked into the cylinder because I didn’t seat the cylinder firmly against my groin and my base girth isn’t big enough yet to fully plug the cylinder without some manual assistance. Not a big deal, but it surprised me because that had never happened to me before.

That’s basically it. So far, I don’t think I’ve wasted my money on this cylinder. I’m confident that I will get some nice gains out of it, with girth increasing faster than length.

I prefer Velseal cylinders from Pumptoys as my usual if I’m pumping high pressure manually. They come with a silicone seal that acts as a cushion.

But, if that option is kind of moot due to your purchase already…I would buy one of their cushions. They don’t fit perfectly on a Thickwall cylinder but certainly would help. The Velseal cushions are sold separately for say $25-30, I forget. But that would be my next move if I were you.

Second the thoughts on the Velseal.

To prevent your balls getting sucked into the tube and perhaps help with the discomfort, do one 10 to 15 minute set in your smaller tube to get your girth increase going and then switch to your new tube and continue your routine.

Going up to 15”hg is very high. You might just try staying at the 12”hg level for the same amount of time you would spend at 15”hg just to see if you might get the exact same result. Getting the same result at lower pressure is great for preventing excessive trauma.
