Any of you guys use products from CTC? IF so, have you been able to contact them via email or through their website? Having issues with my DP4000 and getting lots of issues trying to get someone to reply …

When I needed answers regarding my order and tubes I just called. Got the same guy, I think it’s two brothers, both times. I’d keep calling. It’s California or Colorado time. Can’t recall.

@sweeternuts - no, no water. Only used it a handful of times with water but I always used an inline catch. Plus I’d used it several times after the last water session. I just think the motor may have burnt out.

Will it work standalone?

The water use is an issue the vacuum switch is prolly damaged.

I have had a water issue with mine and was able to contact ctc and got it resolved at the time. That was last year.

I looked online and found the parts but I didn’t know what was wrong at the start.

Don’t open the unit unless you know how to fix electronics

I bought a new board from ctc but ultimately sent it back for repair… and was told nope it was don’t right works great for him when he tested it was a software issue on my end after the water damage repair.

I hope that made some tiny bit of sense…rambling
