Curious about pumps

I really want to try some PE. I worked already with JELQ, but I was wondering if a penis pump wouldn’t be better or could at least bring other results.

I’m new to this, could someone explain me how a pump works, and how permanent the results of PE are, how long and at what routine would I ahve to use it to get bigger down there?

Pumping stretches the penis internally in girth and length. It does so by causing vacuum outside of the penis, allowing it to fill with more blood than it would in an erection.

Most PE concepts work off a principle used in medical field to grow tissues caused “traction”.

I say that pumping causes “internal traction”.

Many of us believe in using multiple PE principles: weights/pump/clamp/jelq/stretcher/ads/fulcrum
And switching between principles when one stalls.

So a good read here will start you off with detailed knowledge. You will find that many here are willing to give advice if you are unsure, or have a problem

But the first rule is Take it easy on the degree of vacuum you start off with.
