Custom Help For My Routine
Hey everyone,
Haven’t really posted in this forum much, but seeing as I have a pump now, I hope I don’t over bombard it :) . The pump I purchased was the one from Welcome to lapdist.com with the gauge. What I’m hoping to get from this post are some ideas and suggestions on how to help integrate the pump into my routine.
My routine before I had my pump consisted of essentially a quick warmup with a moist hot cloth, then into some stretching, then into my jelqing with kegels, and then I finished with a warm-down with a hot shower. When I first got my pump, I sort of fooled around with it every now and then under extremely low pressures (less than 3" of HG) for low times (1-5 minutes). Now I feel I am a little better able to handle using it for a longer period and so am wanting to integrate it into my routine.
Here is essentially how I am doing it now:
- Same warm-up with cloth
- Same stretching
- Currently I pump to 3" of HG and keep it for 10 minutes (I currently have to watch porn during this part in order to go into cylinder 100% erect)
- Then I do my jelqing and kegeling
- Then I do my same warm-down
My main questions are:
1. Is that the best place to put it in my routine (as far as order goes)?
My thinking was that it would be beneficial to do the jelqing after the "pumped" penis to help promote gains, and that the stretching wouldn’t matter so much whether it were before or after (so I put it on before as I lube up my cylinder and I stretch without lube for a better grip).
2. Where do I go from here with the pumping portion?
Am I to slowly increase the length of time in tube, or increase the pressure? I know that you can’t just increase the pressure "x" amount every "y" days and would have a lot to do with your own penis’ response to the pressure, but am sort of looking for a guideline. In other words, what would someone advise me to do for my routine over say the next 12 weeks (3 months).
Was also wondering if at some point instead of just doing a really long pump session, when does one break it into "x" sets of "y" length, if this is done at all. I am hoping it isn’t for a while because then if I were to jelq after each pump it would add a lot of length to my PE time.
I know I have asked a lot of questions here, and am not expecting to get answers to them all in one response, but I appreciate it greatly if even just one could be answered. Thanks for reading it, and I would also like to say that I am still reading the Pumping 101 thread so sorry in advance if some of these can be answered in that (it is just that it is really long, and I have to sift through a lot of it to find my specific questions).
