Cylinder Size

I am using a MOS 1.75” cylinder and find the 2.0”cylinder too large- I get too much edema when I use it. Is there a cylinder that is between these sizes I can try?

Continue using 1.75 until you pack it 3/4 of the way up.

I fill my 1.75 to 7.5 inches. Any ideas how I can reach the top?(9inches)

I can pack about 3/4 at around 25 min. I usually stop at 25-30 min. It’s taken about 1 year to get to this point. I try the 2” cylinder once or twice a month for something different, but find the edema is too much, unless I cut back the time. I might pack just less than 1/2 in about 30 min. I’m wondering about trying the elliptical cylinder, perhaps the 1.5 inch one. The widest part I think is a bit bigger than 1.75, so perhaps this might split the difference between the 1.75” and 2” cylinders?

Try using a 1.5” cylinder first. Pack that tube and then use the 1.75”, pack, and then the 2”.

I’ve found that I expand faster using multiple size cylinders while minimizing edema. You can keep the session under 30 minutes and start stepping up to the next size cylinder.

The year it’s taken you to pack the cyclinder 3/4 of the way since doing that have noticed a significant increase in girth on normal erections no pump before?
If so what does your routine and rest days consists of
