Do lapdist pumps allow water pumping?

Do lapdist pumps allow water pumping?

I have a Lapdist deluxe pump, but I am curious as to whether you can use water with it. Anyone Know?

Yes I know. No you can’t.

Throw the pump away. Sit in a bath or spa so everything is under the water and suck the water out through the hose[tubeing] I can assure you that your mouth , when sucking can create the same, if not more vacumn than any pump. I have been doing it for years . Do a search of my postings 3/5 years ago. Final advice ,Go slow and dont overdo it

Same old topic , but same old advise, to those that ask the same old question.

What exactly is meant by “water pumping”? If I use my pump in the shower is that water pumping just because “some” water gets in the tube and possibly the hose, or do you actually need to be submerged in the bath water for it to be “water pumping”?

I like to use the pump in the shower because it allows for default privacy, and the constant hot water avoids the need for a warm wrap. And more importantly, the reason I need to ask this is because I recently had to replace my pistol pump, I originally had the Dr. Kaplan starter kit and the trigger pump needed replaced, so I bought a trigger pump from a local auto parts store and after looking at this thread, and googling Lapdist pumps, I now notice that it looks exactly like the Lapdist pump’s trigger pump(I can’t zoom in enough on Lapdist pumps to see if the manufacturer name is shown but other than that they are identical - brass pump chamber, black scissor handles with red rubber sleeves on the ends of the handles).

No on both. You can water pump anywhere you like. Some water may get on the floor but it won’t be a lot if you’re careful. You just fill the cylinder with warmed water. The water takes the place of air.
