Do you warm your cylinder?

If you are having positive PI’s you can increase your time in the pump. Try 5 min then work you way to 10 min per session.

I dont warm down.

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7.75” BPEL; 7.25” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

I normally warm up 4 mins then keep my heat pad for when I rest between sets. Example, I clamp and do 3 sets of 40 kegels. Then keep the heat pad on for 4-5 minutes til I start the next set.

5.3" NBPEL.

BPEL 6.5-6.7" Goal: Anything!

Girth: 5" but getting bigger. ;)

I have never deliberately warmed a vacuum cylinder before use. My body and room temperature is all I have ever used and needed. Simply slow gradually increase the vacuum. I slowly and gradually increase the vacuum. A safe comfortable discomfort (not pain) is obtained and never beyond.

Does your pump have a gauge so you know what pressure you are using? That is the safest way to set the pressure.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

The new LeLuv cylinders are etched, purchased 3 or 4 months ago. However, the etched scale on my 1.75 X 9 is 1/4” off.

The cylinder will read 7.5” and a ruler measurement reveals 7 3/4” for reference.

I quite like the cool tube to begin with, then mid session start using a heat pad to change things up.
