Donut?
Gents,
I’ve been pumping for about 3 weeks now, and I have a question.
Before last night my routine was to do manual stretches, then jelqs, then pump for 20 minutes at 3-4 inches of mercury. I never noticed any kind of swelling or anything that I thought was a donut, although honestly I was never clear on what the infamous donut was supposed to look like. I figured I would know it if I saw it. I did usually have a very nice plump flaccid hang afterwards which I really liked.
This routine was bothering me, however, because lube from the jelqs would allow a lot of my scrotum to get sucked up into the tube over time, not matter how I tried to position myself to keep that from happening. Eventually it would press my balls (actually always my right one for some reason) up against the rim of the tube, which was a bit uncomfortable. I also felt that this is taking something away from girth growth since the scrotum packs the bottom third of the length of my dick. I decided to switch jelqing and pumping in the routine to try to eliminate that problem.
So last night, and again this morning, I did stretches, then pumping, then jelqs. Both times, as I was jelqing, I noticed some lymphatic fluid build up right at my circ scar on the bottom of my penis. Just a big inverted V of puffy skin that obviously had fluid build up. It died away on the sides, and was not there at all on the top. The first time, I did not notice it until I was jelqing. The secoond time, this morning, I looked for it as I finished pumping and it did not seem to be there, but as I started to jelq it was. I guess I am not 100% sure it was not there when I came out of the tube.
I’ve never noticed it before, but then again pumping was always last on the routine and since it is on the underside I could have easily missed it.
Is this the dreaded donut effect? It was not what I was expecting. Do I need to do something? It is not painful, and both times subsided within a few hours. No soreness, tenderness, or discoloration that I can see. It is not something that I would want permanently, though.
P.S. At the same time, I also switched from doing 10x30 second stretches to 2x3 minute stretches to try out something from another thread. I don’t see how this would be related, but in the interests of full disclosure, there you have it.
