Duration and Frequency?
I’m changing my routine from jelqing and stretching to exclusively pumping. I’ve been doing PE for several years and started pumping about 3 months ago and am encouraged by the results so far. Unlike stretching and jelqing, I am finding that pumping doesn’t cause reduced PIs after 2 or 3 consecutive days and so I’m wondering if I can get away with a more intensive schedule with pumping.
I am currently doing 3 15-minute sets at 4-5 Hg on a (more or less) 3-on, 1-off schedule. Is this a sensible routine to follow? Should I still jelq and/or stretch?
