Foreskin and Pumping

Hi guys…I am using 2” leluv cylinder and it will take 40 minutes to pack almost the cylinder. I am facing issues with my large foreskin - I am uncut guy. The forekin become swollen and block the pressure going down. How can I over some this issue? by weating a silcon sleeve after retraacting foreskin or by dont retract the skin and simple enter the tube with erection? Can some one give and insight….thanks all

I read this question all the time, pumping will worsen your foreskin and penis’s skin overall, will stretch it for the fluid to build up inside the dick.

I used a silicone-plastic thing below my glans when I pumped to stop the fluid build up on the foreskin, it seemed reasonable at the time and I accounseled dudes to do it, but after I stopped pumping I realized that it did not make a difference. Although, the foreskin had little fluid build up, it continued swollen and sored, and stretched.

Pumping made my foreskin so sensitive that I started having premature ejaculation, a thing I never had in my life. After I stopped with pumping premature ejaculation simply stopped.
