Glans pumping

Anyone has any experience with these? I already have a big mushroom look due to my narrow shaft but I wanna make it even bigger as my shaft increases as well. I’m looking for permanent results. The lapdist one is quite expensive but also very intriguing to me.

How the hell do you get out of that thing once your glans reach full expansion? Anyways, Id suggest modifying an existing pump cylinder, doesnt look hard.

During pumping, atmosphere pressure will push the cylinder down along your penis shaft, pressing it against your gland. This is hardly a pleasurable experience.
