Help PUMPERS w/Manual
So after 3 and a half months of manual exercies and no gains, I’m deciding to add a pump to my routine, because all I care about is getting a little girth. My pump just got in today and I can’t wait to check it out.
My questions are:
1) When during my normal jelquing routine should I pump? Before after or both?
2) How often should I pump? I can do it all day if necessary, but my main concern is not doing anything potentially dangerous.
3) What level of pressure is best for pumping?
4) Any other suggestions?
