Help with routine
I have been PE:ing for about 2 years. I have done mostly stretching and jelqing, some extenders to. I have not got any good gains. In length about 0,6inches (1,5cm) and in girth nothing that I can really feel as gains.
I recently buyed a vachanger because I always thought that hanging is the thing I needed to gain, but as a uncircumcised I have heard the bib and those hangers is hard for uncircumcised.
The vachanger has not been a really good experience.. I now hang for about 5lb, if I go up in weight my glans get very beaten and almost discolored.
Now I have decided to go for pumping! Something in my heart say THIS is the thing I should try.. :)
But I would need a routine for my exercises! My stats is around 7” in length and 5,2” in girth. I want to target length first (have heard gaining length is harder as you get more girth, so I want to target length first?). I have ordered a pump with a 2” cylinder.
So.. Tips on a good routine would be very helpfull, mostly for length as I said, but a little girth is not something I’m afraid of :)
My routine would have jelqing, hanging (5lbs I think) and pumping. If there is some other exercises I should lay into the program I can do that.
