I have been PE:ing for about 2 years. I have done mostly stretching and jelqing, some extenders to. I have not got any good gains. In length about 0,6inches (1,5cm) and in girth nothing that I can really feel as gains.

I recently buyed a vachanger because I always thought that hanging is the thing I needed to gain, but as a uncircumcised I have heard the bib and those hangers is hard for uncircumcised.

The vachanger has not been a really good experience.. I now hang for about 5lb, if I go up in weight my glans get very beaten and almost discolored.

Now I have decided to go for pumping! Something in my heart say THIS is the thing I should try.. :)

But I would need a routine for my exercises! My stats is around 7” in length and 5,2” in girth. I want to target length first (have heard gaining length is harder as you get more girth, so I want to target length first?). I have ordered a pump with a 2” cylinder.

So.. Tips on a good routine would be very helpfull, mostly for length as I said, but a little girth is not something I’m afraid of :)

My routine would have jelqing, hanging (5lbs I think) and pumping. If there is some other exercises I should lay into the program I can do that.

jaaag, Looking at your stats and goal, I would say 1.75” (inner diameter) cylinder is better.

I’m uncut and I could hang 11 pounds with vac-hanger without any problem for 15 to 20 minute sets.
If you are using the larger cylinder, try with a medium cylinder and vice-versa. Also make sure you release the air inside the cylinder as much as possible. If your glans is very sensitive, it may take some time to adjust with the vacuum pressure.

Already ordered the 2” but I think it will go ok!

I have both the small and medium cylinder to the vac, did you use the compression sleeve? I find it hard to “control” the amount of vacum inside the vachanger by manually releasing air (I use monkeybars hanger (autoextenders) Did you glans come out just fine our was it a bit dark and miss formed?

My glanse comes out white+yellow and becomes normal after about 30 to 60 minutes. It depends on the weight.

I can hang 3kg for longer period like 40 to 45 minutes with a slight fluid buildup (white + yellow) that again disappears about an hour.

I guess this is common with vac-hanging and nothing to worry.

Dark and too much deformation is bad.

Yes it gets dark, but it disappears after a few minutes if I massage it. But 60 mins?. Maybe I can hang for as long, but how do you know it’s not to worry? What if the glans gets discolored permanently? Vachangers have not been around so long have they?

AFAIK, Vac-hangers are around for more than an year.

I’m not worried as long as my erections are good.

If my erection suffer due to over workout I take a day or two days off.

I find it hard to know if lack of erection is because of pe or something else.. By my experience the most important factor is if your happy or not. On happy days, better erection, if depressed, no erection.

But this thread was not about hanging :) I would be glad to hear if anyone has a suggestion of a routine I could use, if I mix jelqing pumping and hanging. :)
