I want to begin pumping...in a month or so...where/how do i begin?
Hello all, hope you are doing good in these crazy times we are in. I have been doing Manuel girth routines for the past 7 months since I took a break from clamping. Its been working great, I have gained a little, but it is not even. I am currently in the process of moving and I have not done a proper week of PE for about a month or two, its all been shoty and inconsistent and I basically have had no time to do PE for a week straight since this move has started(which has been a damn nightmare by the way). After I get settled with this move and I am at the new place, within the next week or so, I am going to start back on my PE routine. in the last few weeks of doing my routine, I was getting really good expansion and my mid shaft girth was getting to 6”! it took about 2-3 months of consistent training to get to that point, but as I explained, I have not done another consistent month of training for the past month or two. Once I begin doing my PE routine again I want to do it for at least a month or two, just to see if I can cement that expansion and also to get my unit used to things again before starting anything new. I want to get into pumping. I have actually wanted to pump for a long time, but I either had to put the money to more important things, or it was not worth it at the time, because I would of been caught by family while attempting to stealth PE(been doing stealth PE for almost 10 years now). Now I have my own privacy and I have enough extra money to buy a quality pump.
I know reading the ‘pumping 101’ thread is a must and I have actually read through it a few times. I have to ask some questions though.
Where and how should I start, as far as getting into pumping?
I have read that pumping will help with gains if combined with other forms of PE, especially manual exercises. The girth routine I do now is pretty intense, and I am very conditioned to it. When I begin pumping, How should I work my PE Manuel routine in with it? should I cut back on the intensity of the Manuel routine? or should I keep it the same?
Should I pump before or after doing the Manuel stuff?
Should you pump in sets or just do it in one go for a certain amount of time?
Should you pump for than once a day? some people have said they do it multiple times a day.
How many days a week or how often would you recommend I do it a week?
Would pumps do you guys recommend? I am currently looking into ‘LApumps’.
How do I size the thing? I am worried about buying the wrong size tube, obviously getting one to small is a major issue, but I also read from others that getting one to big can be a issue as well.
lastly, possibly the most important question…how do you pump(lol) how does the pressure work? how do you actually apply the pump, etc.?
The way I looked at doing it was, I would pump 4-5 days a week, only incorporating my Manuel stuff in with the pump every other day, then just having two days where I only pump and possibly jelq. I have always gained better when doing PE for consecutive days in a row opposed to taking off a few days for rest. No offense to bathmate users I just don’t care for them. Not to mention I would most likely have to use it in the shower every time which would be a little bit of a hassle.
