Is it better to pump daily

Or just on pe days.

C’mon, I’m only asking for opinions on what worked best for you. Somebody say something.

I like to pump a minimum of 3 days/week up to 5 days/week. I take one day breaks whenever I feel like my dick needs it or seems not to be responding as well to pumping. How’s that?

I think daily pumping or daily PE of just about any form is fine as long as you maintain a moderate routine and stay below your trauma levels. You must be able to fully recover between workouts in order to maintain a daily regime, otherwise your results and erection quality will slowly start to deteriorate. So, as long as that doesn’t happen, I think a daily routine is not only fine, it can be very productive.

Thanks to both of you. Thats about what I concluded myself. I was doing it everyday for a while, then slacked off to spuratic to see if any kind of difference happens.

I still like to occasionally pump from a steady 5 hg to a few seconds at 10 and quickly back down, just for a stretch. But I wasn’t sure if I should do that every day.
