Is there a manufacturer of pumps known for extreme quality?

I’m not talking about the cylinder because in my experience there isn’t much to really improve on as long it doesn’t crack…but rather about the actual mechanism, the trigger part you grip and pull, and the pistons and seals (and gauge). The reason that I ask is almost every pump I have ever seen looks like some kind of cheap plastic thing that you can buy at Pep Boys for bleeding brake lines.

Eventually they develop problems maintaining vacuum and leak and squirt water (from the water in the tube) through the seals. I’m also seeking something relatively quiet that could be used in stealth. I don’t want to be in a trial and have the clerks hear squeaking sounds from under my robes (just a little penis pump humor.)

But if there is someone who knows about a pump built like a Mercedes, please let me know. I am tired of buying trash off the internet only to have to throw it away in disappointment after a few uses.

Maybe I’m shopping at the wrong sites.

I know a lot of guys use that pump… I’m not too sure though. I am just getting into pumping myself.

I got mine from Harbor Freight. I have been using it for a year every other day and still works great and holds a vacuum.

If you’re water pumping, that complicates things. The Harbor Freight pump, which is a good sturdy and well-priced metal pump, does include a fluid trap.
