Ok… I am not pumping, but I don’t see anything wrong.

Perhaps it needs more time, like Titleist said.

You know what? I would try to do 3 days a week for 2 weeks and then 5 days a week for 2 weeks.Maybe 4 days, doesn’t fit your body. Or break them, do one day on and one off 4 days a week. Don’t do 2 days straight.

I will try one day on/one day off as I think you are right maybe 4 days (2 days, break, 2 days) doesn’t fit my body.
Weird because I’m just over 5 HG for 2 x 10 min sets (e.g. yesterday I did this) and my cock didn’t feel particularly ‘pumped’ but I could tell it was worked out as I had to wait a few mins before getting hard again for the second set. Not sure I should be going higher pressure or just more sets? Didn’t have EQ problems after 5 mins shower though and edged my FL and really felt good :D

I pumped to 10HG for the last 2 mins and then it felt slightly uncomfortable (not painful or hurting just a stretch) and remains puffy when it came out. Does it mean I should be going higher than 5HG? Or anything about 5HG is not good? I really want to get my cock fatter and longer :(

10hg for that length of time is way too much. Don’t rush the process.

I was thinking more like 5HG for the first 10 mins, break, then 10HG for 10 mins, then shower.

I did 2 sets of 6HG instead :)

In the tube it is not much longer when pumped e.g. 1/4-1/2 inch max longer and thicker (longer = I measure with a measure tape while in the tube, thicker = measure as soon as it comes out). Does this mean I’m not pumping enough or my expected gains are low?

Titleist - any input?

Mine is exactly the same. I was under the impression it would be longer.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

That’s a good increase over your erection outside of the tube. You’re still new to pumping. Stay the course. Soon you will see that it’s growing.

My last year

I started pumping last May ( a year ago). I got my tube and pump from LA and followed their 15 minutes 4 times a week routine (4.5 hg), and after 2 or 3 months, I didn’t see anything happening. So I doubled to 2 fifteen minute pumps, and still didn’t see anything.

I then tried the titleist’s 3x10 five days a week, and had a decrease in EQ from that.

Then I went back to the 2x’s, 4 days a week for 15 minutes, but I brought the pressure up from 4.5 hg to 7 hg for the last five minutes. This resulted in some very nice EQ, and after a few weeks of this I increased it to 3x’s, 15 minutes four days a week (Mon., Tues., Thurs., and Fri., and again, at 4.5 hg for the first 10 minutes, and 7hg for the last five. I am finally holding on to these gains for a whole day or more, and I continue to have great EQ.

This may or may not work for you. I am thinking that the proper routine for pumping really varies from person to person, and trial and error are all there is to go on, but maybe this would be something for you to try for awhile, and let us know how it went.

I spoke to the LA Pump general manager who said the following:

“It’s been far too long for you not to see any permanent gains. Sounds like your committed to it too.

My honest opinion at this point would be to seek out some advice from other pumpers. There is an AMAZING website called THUNDERSPLACE.ORG that provides a treasure trove of information regarding penis enlargement. I think you should get on there and do some reading and ask some questions.

What shall I do? I’m also surprised at the lack of results. No girth or length increases even for 1 hour after its come out of the tube. :(
