Yup I use a heat and my flat is generally quite warm too. Dunno why I am not growing.
I think everyone is different and you may need to adjust your training to your condition.
I think I got around 1,5cm length from pumping. I’m doing a 1 hour workout with 3 sets of 20 minutes.
But before pumping I warm up, do 12 minutes stretching, 10 minutes jelqing and then I do my pump routine.
Of course I conditioned my penis first, then after 2 months and changed.
During pumping I’m currently doing my first set at 5hg, and the second and third I keep changing from 5 to 8, but not more than 1 minute at high pressure then go back to 5. Also important to note that I use a heat pad wrapped around the cylinder at 150f the entire time.
Another thing, as I’m focusing on length, I use a 9 x 1 1/2” cylinder so it’s very fast for me to pack the tube girth wise.
