Months. I didn’t see anything than being extra plump for the first six months. Keep pumping safely and look at adjusting your pressure. Constant heat always.

Yeah I’m up to 6-7 HG now. Not going further as then EQ suffers.
It doesn’t stay plump or anything though once out. Maybe for like 5 mins. Once I have showered it is back to normal hence I’m worried.
Will keep going.

I think most would agree with me; pumping are the slowest gains. I can attest to gaining 1.25 inches in length, and some nice girth in about 18 months by stretching (or traction). It was about 4 months before I saw any gains, then the gains continued for about 9 months. I kept stretching for a few more months, but I didn’t get anymore gains. You can see some of my prior posts if you are interested in how I did it.

I didn’t get much flaccid gain from the traction, so that is why I am doing the pumping. I have been doing it for a year now, and I am just now starting to notice that I am holding on to the flaccid gains I get from pumping till the next day, and maybe a little longer.

I have an LA pump also, but whoever you talked to had no business telling you that you should have gains by now. We are all different, and I think pumping is the most personalized as far as what works for you. There is nothing to worry about. If you want faster gains consider something other than pumping. Traction is a medically documented way to add size. I was hanging 2.6 pounds 4 to 6 hours a day to get my gains, but it took 4 months to build up to where I could hang that much for that long ( I took 20 minute breaks about every hour).

Or, if you really like pumping then enjoy it, and see where it takes you. I have noticed a little extra length from my year of pumping (1/8 to 1/4 inch) and a little more girth, and finally some nice flaccid hang, but I still lose the flaccid gain after a day or two without pumping, but it keeps lasting longer just like the experienced pumpers say it will.

I like pumping (more than any other PE I have done) just was concerned by the lack of results really.
I did try hanging for 6 months I believe and never got any gains through that. :( I was told if I stick to pumping (through a legit pump like LA Pump) I will get gains. I had the Bathmate before but apart from temporarily getting fatter I saw no changes.
Note I am on month 5 now (May = month 5). I jelq and do stretches between sets so no idea why nothing is happening. I am being *very* patient here… I have been doing PE for years (various things). You can see my previous posts about lack of gains in general.
I don’t mind if there are no flaccid gains. All I want is 0.5’ thickness and about 1-1.5’ extra length and I’m the happiest man on the world. :)

Hi everyone, greetings from Venezuela, does anyone know which is the insert side diameter of the male coupler that is used in the LA pumps cylinders? I`m considering buying an LA wide mouth cylinder and a brake bleeding pump kit , so I will need the male coupler and I found it in amazon, but I have to be sure which is the correct size of the coupler, I would appreciate if someone could use a vernier scale to measure it. Here it is the link for the coupler, it´s really less expensive than the one sold by Lapdist.

How about upping the length under vacuum and lowering pressure….perhaps change it up? Looking back for me, the times I’ve made gains have tended to be when I’ve changed things up. My length has however stopped dead at 7.25 and toughened so i shall stop there for now.

Perhaps 1 x 10mins at 5hg
1 x 20mins at 4hg.

Try listening and observing any changes/ differences.

Since the change in my living arrangements, I have the time to pump consistently and I’ve noticed a small amount of growth this last week.

It’s encouraging because I’ve been putting in the work and now I’m seeing results.

I think every dick responds slightly different to all types of P.E. And so I have found that mjhr needs at least two 10+ minutes of pump time with heat before that extra 1/4” begins to be visible.

Sometimes the length isn’t evident in the first set. It needs another 10+ minute set for the head engorging enough to get that little bit longer.

I was doing 5 minutes sets before and so never got to the fullest length before resting.

The pump is my last attempt at PE as I have already tried everything else. Natural stretching/jelqs etc, hanging, bathmate etc. This is why I’m getting annoyed with 0 results after 4-5 months worth of work. Sure it takes time but I don’t seem to be progressing at all. My dick is the same erect length in and out of the tube which is not making sense after all this time pumping.

Tried this but it doesn’t really ‘get longer’ if I pump less or more.
I also tried 2 heavy sets i.e. pump to max I could until it felt uncomfortable but that ruined my EQ so I went back to just being more progressive i.e. 1 set 10 mins at 6 HG, 1 set 10 mins at 7HG is where I am currently at. Doing 3 times a week (Wed/Sat/Sun).

You are going to high vac/ to long duration / or to many on days with out a break… these are variables with pumping each individual has to figure out for themselves sadly it’s trial and error… overdoing it almost requires a two week reset to take another run at it

Yes. Everyone is different.

I’m living alone at present and the e.q. Isn’t a challenge, but it would be nice to be 110% occasionally.
