I’m with Random. Pumping is great imo and has produced some very good gains for me. The sensation and appearance in the pump alone is motivating.

I love my lapdist pump, can do anything from 8hg to 15hg so get as much out of it as I need. Feels sore around the base on the pubic bone at first but you get used to it. I’d recommend it to anyone!
