Awesome! Sounds like you’re getting quite a bit out of ‘em. Don’t push it/watch that gauge. I watch mine very closely…along with the clock. I’m pumping 2xs a day every other day.

Yeah, I’m not going to go over 5 Hg for a while. It feels like a decent pump so I’m not in a rush! How long have you pumped? And how long are you sessions?

I spoke to the lead urologist at U. of Miami who leads (and has led) many of the clinical studies for ED. He recommended not to pump more than every other day. I’m not sure how much 5Hg is in kpa, which is the measure I’m using. I started with 10 min sessions and my I’d say are no longer than 15mins. I’ve never gone over 30kpa. I’ve never had an injury either. I get a HUGE pump from my pump, but have never done it long or hard enough to have an edema. Not being in a rush is what every exp’d guy on here says, so I’ll simply echo that.

-5 inHg equals -16.9 kpa


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7.75” BPEL; 7.25” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

-5 inHg like 32quarters mentioned, is apparently -16.9 kpa. I don’t really feel comfortable going -30 kpa (-8.86 inHg) just yet :D Maybe one day, if ever, I might work my way up there. Probably, but we’ll see! I think working your way up the pumping time is the best way to go. I’m going 10-15 minutes with breaks included for the time being. Maybe next week or the week after that I’ll try 20 minutes. It’s exciting seeing it in the tube, haha!

I very infrequently go to 30kpa and let it work it’s way down. 16kpa was super tough to get to in the beginning. I concur re: the pressure and length of time. Lots of guys I’ve read go for even a lower than 16kpa and do it for longer. I did measure near my base and I was wrong about the thickness. I’m over 6. Like a wee bit under 6.25 or a bit more. I wasn’t all the way erect. I find it tough to get full on erections with the ruler there…even if I’m holding it. There’s some kinda weird fuckin mental block. :-/

Well, then I might get there some day then. 16kpa feels like the limit right now so I don’t really feel like it’s time to go any higher. Like you said, pressure and length of time. I’ve read some go only from between -3-4inHg and gain more than they did when they tried a higher setting.

Talking about your girth, seeing as you have a pretty insane girth, does that come with difficulties getting bj’s and stuff like that? What’s it like? Main focus on the head or what?

One g/f I had a long while ago defo had issues w/oral. For the most part I would feel teeth a bit, but I actually couldn’t get head for too long, because it just was so exciting it wore me down quickly! My wife has, well… , a LARGE gorgeous mouth (amazing smile)! It does fill it entirely, but she can to it. It wasn’t until I measure the base the other day did I put 2 & @ together. That’s why she gags towards the bottom. I think I need to work on EQ. I hate the fckn fact that I am hooked on cialis to insure I’m gonna be hard af. Haha, yeah I would think so! I wonder what the “limit” is for women when it comes to not feeling too much teeth. It’s obviously different from woman to woman ofcource, but it would be interesting to know. I really want more girth, but I don’t want enough for it to be a problem getting head. I feel like I’m pretty modest in my goals, like I want to be in that happy medium if you know what I mean, haha! I just want it to be big enough for the woman to feel like “holy hell, thats big!” and being able to go deep for bj’s and such. Again, everyone is different and some may think smaller than my goal is big and others not. I’m rambling, but anyway!

I think I actually got my first feel of what that post-pump fatness feels like. Yesterday I did my routine; warmup/jelq/warmup/o-bends/warmup/pump with rice sock around tube/erection ring with rice sock, and I think it hung lower than it usually does, also girthier than usual. I also woke up having boners several times, so that’s something new, don’t usually have them that frequently when I’m in bed. Todays flaccid is seemingly a bit larger, not by much but it feels a tad bigger than it usually is. My flaccid size is not at all impressive usually so it makes for a welcome surprise! Hopefully this will continue and I will see even more noticeable signs of it actually working.

Like I said, I tried warming the tube with a rice sock but I think I need something else to keep it warm. It is way too difficult holding the sock around it while using the gauge and also having everything under control. Does anyone know of another way of warming and keeping the tube warm during pumping? I don’t have a heating pad and I’m not sure I want to spend much money on it either. Anyway, the session was great otherwise, just need to find an easier way of keeping the tube warm while pumping.

I use a corn kernel sock, it lasts longer than the rice. Also I’ve had good luck with husk style but the corn seems to last a bit longer. The “sock” is more of a arm sleeve of a flannel shirt for more heating area. Looking forward to more of your routine

So you don’t use any rice at all in the kernel sock or you mean that the material is better? I presume the latter. Husk style I’m not too familiar with. Thanks for the tip! My problem is that it is hard to get the sock to cover the tube without me having to struggle to hold it in place with my hand while I do something else with the other, like using the gauge or something. And I’m not even sure it warms through the tube even tough the sock is hot. Maybe I need to pre-warm it for a while before I start? Thoughts.. thoughts…thoughts..

Been a while since I made an update.

I’ve been pumping regularly every other day, sometimes two days in a row. Doing jelqs and trying to get a hang of the o-bend is also included, but only every other day, so some days I only pump. A few weeks ago I think I pumped for too long too early so I got really bad EQ. I also had the ring on for too long I think. EQ got better after a week or so and now it’s 100% again. I THINK my flaccid is hanging a bit lower than usual, or atleast got somewhat girthier. I’m not much into measuring my flaccid so I’m only going by memory and my eye.

Routine for now looks as follows:

1 on 1 off, some days pumping 2 days in a row.
Warmup / 150 jelqs / quick warmup / O-bends / While I’m doing O-bends I’m also using a rice sock to heat up the pump / Pumping for 20 minutes, going 5 min per Hg starting at 2 and finishing on 5 / The routine is finished off with a elastic erection ring for about 20-30 minutes while having a rice sock on for warmth.
Hoping to see some gains in the coming month if I’m lucky enough. The feel of having my dick in my hand while having the ring on is so lucrative. I want that without the ring on! Feels sturdy and thick as f*ck!

I don’t feel like I should need to make another thread about pump related questions when I have this.

I have a question. I have been using a pump since around Christmas and the one I bought is 2” diameter. My base is around 5.5”, if the measurements are correct when I did them. Anyway. My problem is that I have a tad more scrotum skin than I wish I had, making it a turkey neck. When I pump it is sucked in if I don’t force the pump super hard toward my pubic bone, and most of the time that doesn’t work either. Is there anything I can apply on the pump that stops my scrotum from entering? Something that I can buy and craft myself or something else maybe? Appreciate any ideas.

Before pumping stretch your balls and scrotum, then when placing the tube hold your scrotum away, and/or press the tube tight when you start pumping. You will also want to lube your scrotum to minimize ball burn. Lubing can also make it easier for the scrotum to pull in, so you need to determine just how much lube you need to use.

I did this for a while and now just live with the skin being pulled in.

I’ve read that some guys use a jelly c ring, the weak very stretchy ones, to hold the skin back. I’ve never tried it so do not know if it works or not.
