Base Girth Cylinder Diameter

3.50 to 4.50*—- 1.50

4.75 to 5.25*—- 1.75

5.50 to 6.00*—- 2.00

6.25 to 6.75*—- 2.25

7.00 to 7.50*—- 2.50

7.75 to 8.25*—- 2.75

Try making this one change. Instead of three 20 minute cycles, try two 30 minute cycles.

If you want to pump longer than one hour, I would strongly suggest dropping your pressure down to no more then 3”hg.

I believe that one marathon session of 10 hours was put in one time by peforeal, and he only used a max pressure of 2.5”hg. He has also been pumping for years. But the main point is, if you are going to pump for a long time, use minimum pressure.

One of the best tips I ever got about pumping, in fact for PE in general is: After you complete your session, work up a good erection. If you can’t, you overdid something. I think it was gprent or peforeal who first suggested this to me.

That is great advice.

I am on a mixed routine at the moment and is also trying pumping.
A typical workout for me could be 30 min stretch in the morning with a jelq and pump routine in the after noon.
Something like 10 min jelq, 10 min pump, 10 jelq, 10 pump, 10 jelq, 10 pump. Wear a cock ring to keep it plump.
I have done this for a few months now and feel that it could be producing some gains. But I pump mainly to draw blood in to my unit while resting my hands during my jelq routine. For me, I don’t think pumping for hours will produce any permanent gains. I simply use it as an aid to my normal routine.

Jaag, I too have not always expanded much during and after pump session well not near as much as what others have made mention of and at times I have wondered if anything was wrong. So I think you have made mention of something very important.

Although I am a randomized pumping schedule with varying time and sets I have the following to share. In saying all of this I have found that when I can afford the time 2x 20 min sessions work well for me and once a week I try for 4*20 min and the most important ingredient for me now my heating pad. It has really made a big difference for me. I mean do not get me wrong I am not always hanging well after a pump session but since involving heat my longer session have left me with a plump dick for at least a day or two.

However as the veterans have made mention here because and aware of over pumping; something which is very easy to do and something I have done one to many times. Avocet 8 has also made mention of something important in his post above and something I am going to ensure I do after every pump session.

10 minute heated sets, work up an erection in between every set, cockring afterwards to prolong the expansion as long as possible.

Mostly girth gains from pumping, although I’m sure that the pumping has helped to cement my length gains.

I will try the tips! The heating pad is also something I want to try out.

Maybe I can start with a 30 mins on about 4hg, then rest and jelq, go down to 3 hg for 20 mins, rest, and then 2,5hg for 25mins with resting in between as long as I feel I can go on. Hmm..

Another thing I have been thinking about. My main thing now about not pumping is it’s so messy! Anyone tried pumping without lubrication? If I pump with so low pressure as 2,5 do you think I could Skipp the lub?

I personally have never even attempted to pump without lube, I think I would probably end up all bruised up down there. I would not advocate pumping without lube, seems destructive to me. What are you using as a lubing agent?

Ok I will stick with the lub then. About a heating pad, anyone knowing a “good one”? There is some cheap ones at ebay but what do I need to look for? How warm should it be able to be? How do I use it? Just wrap it around the pump? I usually warm up my dick with a warm sock, can I use it to warm up the pump when I’m pumping until I get the heating pad?

Hm I thought the whole idea with a heating pad was it was like something you could plug in the wall and control the amount of heat? Why not just heat a sock instead and wrap it around the tube? I tried this today, got really really hot one time so I had to pull the dick out FAST! :)

I don’t think that such a session is dangerous as long as you consider the recommendations: low to moderate pressure, individual sets of 20 min or so, erectile quality unimpaired - you can go for ever if you like.

Like Long Sessions!

I usually pump when I go to bed, 2” diam cylinder at 5 - 7” Hg, anywhere from 1 - 2 hours. Being uncut, I get a donut that fills the cylinder. I also get a fair amount of fluid buildup, starting at the base and extending down my shaft. After my last 2 hour session, I really packed the cylinder, especially my glans and donut. Had to really lubricate to get back into the cylinder for one last session. So, I’m thinking of upgrading to a 2.25” diam cylinder for the second half of longer pumping sessions. My cock looks and feels great after these long sessions, and that may be due to practice and conditioning. I also periodically “jerk off” inside the cylinder, moving it up and down like a hand job. I don’t really cum, but I think this helps improve circulation. My temporary gains usually last a day, then I’m back to normal. I really enjoy the physical sensation of pumping, the pull of the vacuum, and the relaxing / sensual nature of it. MC
