How do you do the session? Not 1 hour straight?

I’ve been pumping for about 2 months and each day I pump at least 2 to 3 hours. I have gained about an inch in girth but of course it goes away after sex or after so many hours. I’ve gone from a girth of 5.90 to exactly 6.75 and I’m slowly but surely gaining more. The only thing that many of you guys would disagree on would be the pressure that I use, I pump at 10 hg and pretty much the only pain I expierence is the cylander digging in my groin.

You are not going to be able to keep that up as you are going way overboard. You are causing a lot of damage that is being masked by lymph fluid diluting out bruised tissue so that it is not readily apparent. The damage will make itself known when you decide to take a break and then resume pumping again. That is when you will probably experience major bruising that will freak you out. How do I know? From personal experience. You can repeat the mistakes made by me and many others or you can start pumping at much lower pressures. My guess is that you will continue on with what you are doing and just have to learn for yourself. No major problem. When the damage you are doing becomes apparent, taking a long break should get you healed up again.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I’ve been doing PE for over a year now and lately have concentrated on pumping. Now max 5Hg with 10 to 20 min sessions for about an hour. What I find odd is that most of the time my cock will deflate almost as soon as I’ve finished pumping and sometimes, although unfortunately, not often enough, it will expand allot and stay that way for up to 24 hours or so. When this happened last time I thought I’d achieved a permanent 6 inch girth cock! Only to be disappointed a day later when it went back to it’s normal 5.5 girth.

Has anyone else experienced pumping that works for long periods and other times where it deflates immediately? Does anyone know why it happens and what can be done to make it stay thick longer?

When it deflates immediately it is a sign you have gone overboard. Believe it or not, you can get the same expansion by using a pressure of only 3”hg for the same amount of time and your trauma levels will be way down resulting in a much improved lasting effect. Don’t worry worry that your first set won’t show much expansion. By the end of your routine you will be up to 6” girth, even at the lower pressure. Give it a try and don’t cheat. :)

Thanks for the reply gprent. I’ll try again after I’ve given it a rest. Are saying that low pressure pumping should result in a long period phatty all the time? If it lasts no more than 24 hrs - this has only happened to me on two occasions all other times it’s deflated immediately, does that mean to keep it going you need to pump everyday (which is what I had been doing lately) in which case it’ll probably immediately deflate again due to over pumping. What do you reckon?

I’m with Gprent. Try the same routine, but with lower vacuum.

It also sounds like you need, at least for now, to allow a longer period between pumping sessions.

How are your other PIs (Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!)?

My crystal ball is broken. Just see what happens when you try the lower pressure and we’ll take it from there.

Gprent, please explain to me why when I do use lower pressures that there is no gain at all.it’s like I’m waisting my time, and to be doing it for just an hour at that. I have alot of time on my hands, I’m currently not workin and I live with my parents so ill be keeping my 2 to 3 hour routine for a while and I won’t be taking a break to see damage if in fact thats when it would show itself at that time. I really don’t understand how people can see gains with anything less then 7hg I mean maybe there could be gains after a couple hours of doing very low pressure but to be hearing stories about ppl filling there tubes in less then 45 minutes on low pressure just doesnt sound real to me I mean who knows maybey there bodies are different but I am going to continue my routine, I do appreciate the feed back and I would appreciate some more because you seem to be pretty knowledgeable when it comes to pumping

Here’s a question for you, Mez420. How elastic is your penis? What is the difference between your BPEL and your BPFSL?

I agree. I used to get all psyched up and I ended up pumping up to 20hg about a year ago. Sure, my penis got thicker than ever during my session, but it was all lymph buildup and it just wasn’t working out.

Now I just started again pumping and am only using 3-4hg (5hg tops). And over the session, the expansion can be just as good as when pumping at higher pressure (I use a ceramic heater to keep the tube nice and warm). The only reason the penis may look larger at higher hg’s is because its getting pressed down harder and lymph buildup. That’s about it.

I just started pumping 2 weeks ago. Last night I pumped about 20 min at 5 Hg . This morning o woke up with what appears to be a blister on my foreskin. What did I do wrong and what should I do to prevent this from happening in the future?
