I could never hit my BPEL at 4-5 HG, I need about 12-15 HG to get there.. If I lower to 7.5 HG then I hang around 7.0 or so in the cylinder.
I am using a packed 1.75 cylinder.
I start off my 1-5 minutes at 4-5 HG, then every minute up to 10 minutes increase slowly from 5-6 then 6-7 then 7-8 and at 10 minute mark, stay at 8-9. And from 10-minutes to 20 stay at 10-12 HG, then last 10 minute stretch teeter between 10-15 HG. My pump and cylinder does let a tiny air out here and there, so its not always INTENSE to the Max. I have been pumping for over 5 years, and have gained starting 5.0 NBPEL to 5.85 NBPEL. GF and I measured yesterday after a pump session out of the cylinder for a nice round of oral.6 NBPEL :) she loved putting two hands on and a little glans showing :D
I am going to try this 4 sets of 15 minutes to see if I can get there.
