When I started, I didn’t measure for a year. After, I have a cylinder that has inches etched in the cylinder.

Yeah mine has no markings but I hit 20cm with my mark and 19.5cm BPEL so on each session so do I try and go a little bit further than the 20cm each time?

Sorry for all the questions - just want to make sure I do it right and stick to a successful routine.

Recently I discovered a 10” x 1.75” tube I’d forgotten I had. As an experiment I decided to try some pumping to see if packing the tube would yield any length gains. Well, I have a 6” girth, so there was no way I was getting into that tube even semi-erect. So the method was to lube up well and draw the semi-flaccid dick into the tube carefully and by degrees. I settled on a comfortable pressure around 5hg with length in the tube pulling out to 8.5”. I am well conditioned to pumping so a 30 minutes session with brief breaks to drop the pressure every 10 minutes proved no problem. I did notice that there was considerable pressure on the glans and needed to keep the hg level under constant observation. So I have been doing this session 3 or 4 days a week for one month and there is an obvious increase in flaccid hang and nighttime wood. I’m quite content with my dick size but have always enjoyed pumping for the boost it gave to my girth and frequency of night wood, so I’ll stick with this routine for a while and see where it takes me. I don’t do any other kind of PE since giving my irregular extender sessions earlier this year.

Do you stretch longer in the 1.75 than the regular cylinder?

that makes sense since you arent able to expand girth on that thin tube, so it most compensate lenght wise.
im interested to see if you get any type of permanent lenght gains from that experience.

“Do you stretch longer in the 1.75 than the regular cylinder?” Yes I do, by a good half inch. Actually I’ve just abandoned this experiment after I measured my erect girth. I became suspicious a few nights ago when I woke up with a night wood. I wrapped my fingers round the girth as I usually to enjoy the quality wood, but there was too much room. So I measured the erect girth later that day and was shocked to see I had lost a full half inch. So the result (for me) has been increased flaccid length at the expense of erect girth. Experiment over. I suppose what happened was logical enough. The only way I could enter the tube was a lubed-up flaccid; so flaccid pumping equals flaccid gains. I have now moved up to 2” tube which should allow a bit of expansion of my new 5.5” girth. We shall see how this goes.

So no erect length gains, that’s disappointing. Really like pumping because of no risk of injury.

There is a big risk of injury if you go to hard.

According to NHS no serious side effects from using a medically prescribed VED. Bruising and blistering, the saying it will stretch a mile but wont rip an inch.

I can guarantee if you pump at lets just say for example at 20hg for 40mins your penis is going to be in great condition after it.Of course you can overdo pumping.DONT TRY THAT BY THE WAY!!!!

I could never hit my BPEL at 4-5 HG, I need about 12-15 HG to get there.. If I lower to 7.5 HG then I hang around 7.0 or so in the cylinder.
I am using a packed 1.75 cylinder.

I start off my 1-5 minutes at 4-5 HG, then every minute up to 10 minutes increase slowly from 5-6 then 6-7 then 7-8 and at 10 minute mark, stay at 8-9. And from 10-minutes to 20 stay at 10-12 HG, then last 10 minute stretch teeter between 10-15 HG. My pump and cylinder does let a tiny air out here and there, so its not always INTENSE to the Max. I have been pumping for over 5 years, and have gained starting 5.0 NBPEL to 5.85 NBPEL. GF and I measured yesterday after a pump session out of the cylinder for a nice round of oral.6 NBPEL :) she loved putting two hands on and a little glans showing :D

I am going to try this 4 sets of 15 minutes to see if I can get there.

That is, get a tube that limits lateral expansion so all the pull is directed lengthwise. For your girth that would be a 2” diameter tube probably. If you want to pack for length and use water (best case scenario) buy a brass brake bleeder pump from Harbor Freight ($25-30) and a 2” replacement penis pump cylinder ($30-50). Cheaper than a bathmate, and much more versatile and powerful.

Thanks for the guidance on the bleeder I was wondering where to get one on the cheap.
