IME, that’s not the case. My dick HATED clamping and didn’t like pumping when I started. Now, I’m speechless about both but still have many levels up to go. Jelqing helped pave the way but remains the best girth exercise on the planet. Clamping and pumping helped me to understand how effective jelqing is eventually, they’re just tools to imitate from how I see it now.
