Loss of MFSL when Pumping

Ok I have stated many times that Pumping is not for me.
Air pumping or Bathmate always do the same thing to me even with 3 mins of super light vacum.
My dick becomes like sick and loss of EQ and smaller flaccid and all the bad things for 2 days… then it comes back.
I haven t pumped for months and I did once again the experiment.
I am using the andro extender that is based on rods progressions and my dick in the same rod length was loose and I was ready the next day to add a small rod.
The day before I did just 3 mins of BM by only a single pump…super light tension.

Then the next day my dick in the same andro length rods could NOT get loose…. it was stiff in the extender … I had lost tempory MFSL like ALWAYS when I attemped pumping.

Is this something that is happening in general?
Is this something that if I ll continue pumping my dick will get more conditioned and this loss of MFSL will not be happening?

I need all the Pump experts to give their imputs.

All I did was 1m+1m+1m of BM with just 1 pump.
The air pumping is making my dick even worst.

What is the most days you have pumped, and what was the pump program (vac level, minutes, sessions/day) you used?


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7.75” BPEL; 7.25” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

I never pumped more than 3 weeks.

The program was 3-6 mins of BM in a moderate vac. or Air pump 2-3Hgs for 3-6 mins.

I was always stopping it because by dick was getting smaller and I had ED for 3 days after the last pumping session.

I do not know and am puzzled. My first thought is it is a lack of conditioning that will rectify if you stay consistent and work through it, but if after 3 weeks you did not see improvement, I do not know how long it would take to get conditioned.

Another thought is your gauge is not working properly (it does happen) and your vac level is greater than you think it is, resulting in a stressed penis and turtling.

For a brake bleeder pistol type vac pump it would only take 4-5 pumps to reach -3inHg vac level. Is this in line with your experience?

The positive is that after you stopped pumping your penis returned to normal.

I’m curious to hear other’s thoughts.

Does it have the comfort sleeve that goes inside the bellows?

How far are you compressing the bellows on the bathmate for one pump?

Just enough to get achieve a suction where maybe a tablespoon of water comes out?

Or all the way down and around 1/4 to 1/2 cup of water comes out?

All the way down with one pump would generate a fairly high vacuum level, definitely too much to start with.

Also, do you find you’re susceptible to an unhappy penis from dorsal pressure (the top of the penis, especially at the base)?

In the past this caused issues for me.
This is why I was asking about the comfort sleeve in the bathmate. Placement is key for me. If I place it too low, the comfort sleeve puts a weird pressure and bothers my tendons or something on the top of my penis.

At one time I was using a 1.5” leluv cylinder and I noticed my dick didn’t like the cylinder putting pressure at the base on top of my penis. After switching to a 1.75 and placing the cylinder higher when I set it for a pump session, I didn’t experience the same negative effects.

Are you pumping erect or soft?

Pumping erect makes all the difference in the world to me. Improved erection strength, temporary size increase that lingers and compounds if I pump 2 days in a row or jelq/clamp the day after pumping.

Alot of guys can pump semi erect with good results but I can’t. My EQ suffers and my dick becomes very unhappy and stressed.

That’s all I can think of

How much extending are you doing? Have you done just pumping?

I ask because I do love pumping but I tried mixing it with an extender and had similar problems. I think for myself at least the extender does enough work and if I add in the pump it results in overtraining and hence the loss of EQ.

I know not everyone has this experience but you may be like me. I can do wither or and tbh I prefer pumping, but I can’t do both or I get negative PIs.

Do you have this happen even when doing a solo pumping routine?

I have never done a solo pumping routine.

My main issue is not the loss of EQ but the shorter mfsl that stays for 3 days after even a tiny pumping session.

By this way no gains can happen…. the MFSL gains is teh no1 priority for EL gains.

Sorry for oftopic question but what is MFSL? I know it is gonna be flaccid stretched length but I can’t figure out what is that M stands for.

I would guess it’s too much pressure or too much something.

I pump with low pressures for at least 15 min before using above 6hg. I never get in-tube length gains if I don’t pump for like 30-60 min at low pressure(packing the tube thouroughly at the base from the beginning of the set and overpacking it eventually towards the end) and then switch to higher pressures. I then see milimetrical increases at each pump over 6hg.

BPFSL after all this is just a little harder to reach, but with 2-3 stretches I end up measuring at least 0,3cm shorter than my maximum flaccid stretched length, which is normal I guess.

So definitely not shorter, just tighter.

But I imagine if I overdid pumping, which seems rather difficult if I enter the tube erect each time and use common sense, I would have an even harder time stretching to my maximum fsl, it would feel tighter and the glans wouldn’t brace the pressure of my fingers so well either.

MFSL=Max Flaccid Strech Length.

I just did 1+1+1 MINUTES with just 1 pump with the BM… so it can t get any lower either in vac pressure or on volume.
My dick and some dicks just don t like pumping.

Maximum Flaccid Stretched Length. A theory popularized on another PE site, not so much here. I personally don’t necessary disagree with it as it compares well to other existing proven practices; it just seems to be more narrowly focused on what PI’s are important.
