No. Never do that. I would never pump for longer than an hour consecutively. That is even pushing it without a short break somewhere in the middle.

I would say that pumping induces a sort of an artificial priapism. While there might be some blood circulation going on, it should be clear that pumping diminshes circulation strongly, at least for me; which is why after a certain time, the dick gets a slightly blueish complexion.

Indentation, do NOT try anything that cuts off circulation for extended time frames unless you want to end up like this. It doesn’t take much to mess up your life forever. I would say even sooner than that. More like at least every 15 minutes. You should not leave it under constant vacuum for more than 15 mins.

Us long term pumpers can stay in there 30mins-1hrs without blisters. Back in the day they were coming around 20 mins, so your right….

Longesr cpnsucutive I have pumbed is 1 hour medium to high vacuum 5 -7. I was questionig because supposedly stretching is effective because it is for lomg periods of time. There are no shortcuts to PE. Consistency, time and dedication are the key. You only have to look in the injury forum to see people who tried to make shortcuts. If PE was easy, everybody would be walking around with monster dicks. :)

I once went for two hours averaging about 4 hg. The session generated a bit of excess edema and a slight doughnut which lasted a few hours but no other negative side effects. I did, however, occasionally Kegel in some new blood.

I now do 45 minutes to an hour on a regular basis.
