Hi gentlemen
Just wondering if anybody’s used a pump targeting only the glans of the penis. If so, I was wondering what your short term and long term results have been. Any recommendations for pump types? Thanks in advance

I don’t remember the title or author of the thread, but somebody here posted the idea of pumping with a condom in which the first inch of the condom had been cut off so as to leave the head exposed to expand freely.

Yeah - TheGreatDivider came up with what I thought was a great way to target the glans specifically.

He never said if he was going to add it to his routine though.

Can’t you just add a pad in your current pump tube?

Pad around shaft only, leaving head exposed to pressure. Just a idea

Vacuum exerts equal pressure in a chamber regardless of the shape. You wont get any more expansion on the glans unless your shaft completely fills the lower portion.

Agreed, but isn’t that what the mushroom head cylinders are designed for? I don’t know how amenable to expansion the glans is or whether the mushroom head cylinders actually produce good results, but it looks like they are designed to function with the shaft chamber packed, while the larger head chamber becomes the focus of the vacuum pressure.

Honestly, I don’t know what they’re designed for, as I’ve never used one. I’ve always used a home made cylinder (which cost <$4). My argument would be if you’re exerting x amount of force on the glans, why not also exert that same pressure on the shaft as well? 2 birds, 1 stone?
