New Pumping Routine -- So Far So Good
Well, I’m starting my third week of the new pumping routine and everything is going great so far. I’ve kept the pressure real low, about 2.5 to 3 hg. I’m pumping on MWF, 3 x 10 minute sets with a short clamping session on Sunday morning for about 10 min. This is working wonders in that it’s a short enough routine to fit into my busy schedule and yet I stay fatter than normal ALL THE TIME, 24/7! I’m hoping that eventually these temporary gains will stick and become permanent over the long haul. Meanwhile, I haven’t had any of the erection rigidity issues I had the last time I tried pumping. In fact, my hardons have been waking me up in the middle of the night, I’m brick hard in the morning, and the unit springs hardons involuntarily throughout the day. It’s been rather embarrassing on a few occasions, lol. Thanks for all of the tips, guys.
