Occasional Higher Vacuum?... Or No?!
Fellow PE enthusiasts,
I’m trying to focus on length gains and have read that packing the tube is the way to go to add length. My question is it a good idea to occasionally go beyond -5hg to say -7hg? When I do this my glans rises up the tube.
I’m trying -4hg first 5 minutes, -5 hg for 10 minutes, - 7 hg for 5 minutes, and finish session with -4 hg for 5 minutes. Any thoughts or feedback?
