Occasional Higher Vacuum?... Or No?!

Fellow PE enthusiasts,

I’m trying to focus on length gains and have read that packing the tube is the way to go to add length. My question is it a good idea to occasionally go beyond -5hg to say -7hg? When I do this my glans rises up the tube.

I’m trying -4hg first 5 minutes, -5 hg for 10 minutes, - 7 hg for 5 minutes, and finish session with -4 hg for 5 minutes. Any thoughts or feedback?

If you are conditioned then there should be no issue to increase the vac level as you described. Increasing the vac level can lead to edema more quickly, so watch for it.


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7.75” BPEL; 7.25” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

I would try it and see.

Everyone is different but higher vacuum always gave me more length gains than girth.

Dynamic pumping works well for that, Especially when trying to ease into and become conditioned to higher vacuum
