Overdoing
I’ll say it first: don’t do this at home.
Not a long time ago I began pumping; I came from jelqing and ADS, so my penis already was pretty well conditioned.
As recommended here, I began with low pressures, 3-5 Hg/in. Over time I scaled it up, now pumping around 7 Hg.
But, the real thing I scaled up is time. Since I travel a lot for work, I can only pump 2 or 3 days at week, but in those occasion I stay pumped for more than 1 hour, sometimes even 2.
I do it mostly because I notice no side effects; no particular “donut-effect” anymore (I had a hint of that in the beginning), no EQ loss, nothing remarkable I can think of.
Do you think it could be counterproductive?
Do you see any reasons I should prefer multiple shorter sessions?
