Packed tube pump for length gains

I´d say yes.

Packing cylinders puts a lot of pressure on the glans leading to those annoying blisters ..

I have a 2.75 diameter tube now that’s 12 inches long; it’s much more comfortable than the smaller cylinders.

Hi!
What kind of heating pack do you use to wrap the cilinder?
Can you post a picture of it?

Thanks

It’s just a normal heating pad.

I’m 6.5 pumping for length, I JUST received my Leluv 2.25 cylinder in the mail but it looks to be way too large and I haven’t put my member in it yet. Would the Leluv 1.75 or 2.0 be more ideal?

I have a 2” diameter tube.

I can pack the bottom third after some 20-30mins of of pumping at 5.

The mid shaft and glans do not pack at all even after 1 hour session.

Anyone else have any experiences with half packing and later was able to fully pack by taking it easy over time and pumping at approx 5?

Yes. I’m just really getting into pumping and after a few weeks I’ve been able to pack a 2” diameter tube.

I’m doing at least hour long sets & 4-6” Hg.

What doesn't kill you makes you longer.

When I’m trying to pack and get full expansion it looks like the MSEG struggles to expand. I have an upward curve there so my guess is that it is possibly too tight in that location which is limiting expansion?

I’m trying to get the MSEG to catch up so that I can focus on length.

Maybe someone can share a successful experience if they had a similar issue that was rectified over time using a technique?

As long as you pack most of the shaft, you will be exerting a linear tension in length direction:

30 inHg= 14.5kg
15 inHg= 7.2 kg 16 pound
12.5 inHg= 6 kg
10 inHg= 4.8 kg 11 pound
8 inHg= 3.8 kg
7.5 inHg= 3.6 kg 7 pound
5 inHg= 2.4 Kg
4 inHg= 1.9 Kg 4 pound
3 inHg= 1.4 Kg
2 inHg= 0.9 Kg 2 pound

Use constant heat (veteran Titleist advice)

No that tube is perfect for length; length comes from time in the cylinder as I’ve learned .

TRUST me you don’t want a smaller cylinder you’ll get blisters on your glans.
When the tube is small the vaacum targets the glans causing blisters.

If you have a bigger tube it will last you longer because you get to grow into to it plus you won’t glans injuries.

Yeah, I like to move my heating pad to target the upper half of my penis instead of most of the heat going to the shaft.

That’ll help with glans and tunica expansion.

What amount of time did you work up to for your sets?

Yeah, I just found out about that for the first time.

Three sets of a hour each.

Your math neglects friction. The longitudinal pull is reduced by the friction in the tube. Use plenty of lube, and the friction is reduced but not eliminated. I hang more than I pump, but 10psi feels more like 6 or 7 lbs hanging, not 10 lbs. I think the difference is due to friction.

But there is no question that pumping can produce BPEL gains. In my experience, heat is essential to achieving permanent gains by pumping. I have an electric heat pad that I wrap around the cylinder to provide heat.

5 inHg= 2.4 Kg or 5.3 pounds
7.5 inHg= 3.6 kg or 8 pounds
10 inHg= 4.8 kg or 10.6 pounds
12.5 inHg= 6 kg or or 13.2 pounds
15 inHg= 7.2 kg or 16 pounds
30 inHg= 14.5kg or 32 pounds

If there´s a correlation to the effects of hanging, would be like that.
However as the corpora cavernosa is full, the tension is applied somewhat differently, but this could be positive as it also creates the conditions of the erection and expansion.

But how effective is it to gain length?
Are there some success experiences by some veteran gaining length in a pump tube here?

thanks
